Good value for money. Ingredients are great, no additives! I can’t speak on cooking ability as I do buy for a dry pet mix..

Lovely veg with too much tough parsnip
Beautiful in pot noodle & ramen snacks Bit too much tough parsnip (for my tastes) - I end up picking the bigger lumps out Easy to prepare & very handy when you want to add a bit of veg but can't be bothered to cut it up

I have bought a few of these now. The bag size is very good , I’ve not actually cooked with them yet as they are in storage. They look good.

meh.
just feels like a lackluster product. I boiled it with my rice, didn't really seem to add much of any flavour- really can't imagine it functioning well for roasts atall. Maybe good for rabbits or other herbivore animals, maybe good for making stocks... but to eat it after boiling or roasting is an underwhelming experience but it probably is high in fiber, so that's a bonus but if already consume tons of it... its hardly a selling point.

Dried vegetables need to be soaked first then cooked
Dried dehydrated vegetable mix . The taste of mixed vegetables especially turnips. A large bag , good value for money. It needs a bit of preparation, 1 -2 hours soaking in cold water then cooking time 30-60 minutes, this is what I found out online.
