POOR QUALITY !! DO NOT BUY
POOR QUALITY, used it for less than two weeks and it just snap while i was working out. This products is poor quality. DO NOT BUY THIS.

Improved Mobility
Purchased as I have a problem with shoulders and had been advised to get resistance bands. I searched and found this one from Gallant. Having rec'd and using it for the last few days it has certainly started to help with my mobility. Still finding it painful, but am hopeful that carrying out exercises daily I will improve. Although only a basic form of exercise, a suitable chart may have been helpful. Working on what has been advised by my physio.I should have mentioned that cost was also my reason for buying from Gallant, their price was the most competitive.

SPOT ON !
BRILLIANT SO FAR ! I train in a gym and have built up a decent frame over the years, as I work up and down the country staying in hotels most of the time, I don't get a chance to go to the gym as much as I'd like to. The bands are great for getting the blood pumped around the body and really inflating what you have already worked hard for in a gym, bodybuilders use them immediately before they go on stage, most men I assume use the band for a quick T-shirt pump before a night out. I havnt gained mass exactly however I'm keeping in really good shape and maintaining my size without having been to the gym in a while. You tube is great for finding out things to do with them. It's a Fantastic product, very robust and it does what it's designed to do, I'm not saying you have to be of a certain frame to use them, it's great for your joints and developing muscle strength etc. Also if money is tight at times there great, we all know gym memberships aren't the cheapest, so using the bands until your able to comfortably pay for the gym is really useful to. Enjoy :)

What I was looking for
Great for want I want, building muscle tone back up. The only reason 4 not 5 stars is that they are quite long and I'm only small. I'm sure they'll be fine for someone over 5 ft 2 😊

Definitely recommended
This is just what I was looking for, I was concerned that maybe it wouldn't stretch over my head when doing exercise but it is fine and I'm five feet eight. The resistance is just what I was looking for (I got the red one) might even order the black one as I get stronger. Brilliant product and the price, with no delivery charges makes it even better.

Poor quality product
Very disappointed with this product - the stitching around the handle came lose while in use and I have only used the product twice. I have now thrown it away as I am unable to fix it. I would not reccomend buying the resistance bands from this company - very poor quality!

Very good bands, could do with greater range of strength between the 3 types
Very good bands that come with individual neat and tidy bags.Especially very useful if you're using them for minor work on rotator cuff exercises and physio of that nature. Perhaps they may wear faster with more intense use.A downside to buying the three pack is that there could be a greater range of difficulty or tension between each type. However for the price you pay they represent good value. A good way of seeing it you're buying 3 identical bands to work through incase they break.If you're very serious about resistance band training as you may not have access to a gym and are trying to add a new dynamic to your training then you want to buy other more expensive ones on the market. All in all very good though.

Excellent
We use these bands (although, nowhere this quality) in circuit training, I broke my wrist in December (5 fractures and a 2 inch crack). No circuits for five months, desperate to get the strength back in that arm I purchased a band recently and now I can excercise at home whenever I want. I did think the yellow band might not be strong enough, but for me and the particular exercise I use it is perfect
