While a part unfortunately broke during installation, the customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful. ​After I reached out to report the issue, they were very proactive in ensuring I received a replacement. They even initiated a second shipment when it looked like the first one might be delayed, showing they were genuinely committed to getting the replacement to me as quickly as possible. I received the replacement in perfect condition, and the seat is back in use. ​The product itself is well-designed and effective and very easy to put together. The instructions are clear and concise. It is refreshing to deal with a vendor that stands behind their product so firmly and communicates effectively. I highly recommend both the product and the vendor.

This toilet seat is great,the design is great, the steps are stable for a toddler, the seat is padded and comfortable, there are handles for them to hold on, with a lot of patience, my toddler finally got it out and said he was ready to start potty training. The size is perfect for his little tush, its easy to clean and use and fits over all our toilets

This is a perfect well built little potty chair perfect size for my daughter to use nice soft color and nice and stable set up no issues with it slip resistant feet make so it doesn’t move which is nice I would definitely buy again

Easy to use, install, the design is perfect for littles with the height, stability and material. It doesn’t pinch littles like a standard toddler seat does. Minimal leaks, easy to use and remove if you don’t need it. My 3 year old moves it independently.

This is great. So easy for potty training and letting the child feel independence because we don't have to put a child seat on the toilet and then a stool. It's all in one, it's folds up to easily fit between the toilet and wall in the bathroom, no empyting and rinsing a "chamber pot" beneath a training potty. And then the child continues to use it once they are trained helping them feel confidence with their independence to use the toilet without help. Oh, and the guard on the front to keep the pee in the toilet and not from coming out the front - life saver for moms who don't like cleaning boys' pee from toilets. Just me?

This is an excellent, easy to put together, and easy to use potty seat for my 2yr old. He is able to put it away, open it, and use it on his own when he wants to. We chose to remove the soft seat since my son tends to wee underneath it, so it was easier to leave out of for easier cleaning. I'd like to point out how awesome the company is that sells this product. We ordered two seats in order to have one in each bathroom, and on the day they arrived, I went to set them up immediately. The first one was built in less than 5 minutes, and when I went to build the second, a male to female piece for the bottom stand got stuck and broke when I tried to take it back apart to readjust. I contacted the company to see about getting that one piece replaced. They communicated right away, and sent out a full replacement even though I just inquired about the broken piece. They went above and beyond and we are so grateful to them.

This potty training seat is just OK, even with the screws being tightened the seat is wobbly so I will have to keep it secure while my son uses it. Also the item states it includes a potty chart with stickers which I didn’t receive. I also didn’t look enough at the description because I thought this could fold up when not in use and it does not. Kind of disappointing and wish I went with a different product, however after putting it together I didn’t see the point in disassembling and returning.

Love this for my toddler. She was having accidents all over the house with the other potty we had. Now she goes to the toilet every time. She likes the step up to get onto it. Would recommend.

Fangt ab ca. 2 Jahren mit dem Training an. Selbstverständlich nur, am Anfang, unter Aufsicht. Die Höhe der Sitzposition ist einstellbar und standfest wenn der Toilettensitz fest aufliegt! Motorisch nicht so sichere Kinder brauchen immer Aufsicht! Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Toilettensitz und sehe meinen Grund für den Kauf als erfüllt.

By the time I needed to use this, I open the brand-new box and realised there were no screws and instruction manuals included in this package. It’s past the refund period, so now I am stuck with a useless box with plastic parts. I have left a question on this product, and after two days have received no response from the seller. Beware, terrible, quality assurance, no Support, just buy it from a local baby store instead.
