Easy to install, easy to set up.I’ve had similar switches from other manufacturers in my other house so I’m familiar with them. This one is much easier to setup.Has a battery backup so that it’ll survive short power outages. Comes with an almond colored plate in case you’re going with that color.This is NOT a WiFi connected switch. Everything smart doesn’t have to be connected.

This was the easiest timer to program I've ever installed; it's so intuitive, I didn't need instructions for programming. It turns on/off power to an LED variable input (dimmable) power supply for LED lights above my kitchen cabinets.It has worked flawlessly since day one and keeps time well.It only had to be reprogram once since being installed (12/2025) because one of the times was somehow changed. In fairness, it may have been from the buttons being inadvertently pressed, as it's in a busy spot on our kitchen wall.It's my favorite timer so far..and the blue lights look cool at night.

I used this to replace a failed timer in my LV landscape transformer. It is the same toggle style so changeover was simple. The best thing though is how easy it is to program. First thing, the door opens down so it’s not in the way while pushing buttons. Easy choices for sunset on, sunrise off or putting in a set time for either. It also has a multitude of other options which I don’t currently need.Great product!

Switch is easy to install and program for a basic DIY’er. But the directions are both CRAP and WRONG. Chinese translation done half-a$$ed. First, the Load and Line are both Duh! and backwards or shown reversed. In the text, it says to connect Line to Line and Load to Load…Duh! So go to the diagram, right? Wrong!!! If you follow the diagram, the switch will NOT work.Here’s how I was taught to remember LINE vs LOAD. “LINE” is the power from the power “line” or power source. “LOAD” is everything you expect this switch to “carry” (like Carry the Load): lights, plugs, tools, etc.Second, there is nothing stating how to program the on/off timer options. So here you go:a) To set current time, use the up/down triangles. Nothing special, but always active. Meaning, if you accidentally hit a triangle instead of the top on/off buttons, you WILL change the time.b) The top “on/off “ button are your manual controls.c) For programing, you can program two “on” and two “off” options. For example, On at 5pm and Off at 10pm. To set the “MY ON/OFF TIME”: Press “My time ON” twice and the time window will flash the last programed ON time (or factory set). Use the Triangles to set desired ON time. It does scroll fast, but does scrolls an entire 24-hour period; 1-minute at a time. Triangle let you control forward or backward on the time. When held down, Rate is about 2-3 numbers per second or one-minute per single triangle press. When you have what you want press the “My Time On” again, to save your program to that button. Now for the other three on/off button, repeat my (c) for each button.Best of Luck to All. I have just installed a few of these, but it is way too early for me review longevity. Functionally, simple and effective. I do recommend them with all the conditions I’ve listed. Cheers All!!

This is a great timer for those looking to have on/off times adjust automatically to changing dusk and dawn time. It has separate buttons specifically for this function and it is the easiest to use out of all the similar timers that I have used in the past.

I've had two other timers that were extremely hard to program. This timer is so very easy to program. Just on and off to set the program times. Very simple. So glad I purchased this one wish I would have gotten it sooner.

I'm so used to bare minimum instructions in poorly translated-from-Chinese English, that I never go to the instructions first... I don't even go to the instructions when I run up on confusion (I FaceTime my Dad). I've replaced so many light fixtures, so many wall outlets, but this was my first switch. 1980s, at that. I was not prepared; I understand why licensed electricians make bank lol. Anyway, after FaceTime with my Dad, I pulled out the instructions sheet and unfolded it. Let me just say that, after that, I was embarrassed I didn't go to the instruction sheet first and that way I could have acted to my Dad later like I never got anxious, never panicked, and the install was a breeze. Because, with these VERY DETAILED instructions... they had to have been written by an overthinker with anxiety because, I'm only slightly kidding when I say I need instructions for the rest of my life written out by the one who wrote out these instructions. I'm surprised there wasn't a note under #2 that said "Relax. It's normal for there to be that much dust in the wall. You can vacuum it before you put the plate back on." or something.Oh, yeah, the switch works. I've programmed it to come turn on my overhead light with 4 75watt bulbs early in the mornings so I'll have no choice but to get my warm and toasty tail out of bed if I want the lights back off. (Seasonal depression is going hard this wild, cold winter!!)I'll update if anything goes amiss in the function of this switch. Buy it because you need it; buy it because the instructions are 10 out of 5 stars; buy it because it's one of the more affordable options.
