I started this with really high hopes but only about 4 days into taking it I couldn't sleep, I mean REALLY couldn't sleep. So I did another web search on Pomegranate, nothing came up searching: "pomegranate causes insomnia" or variations on that. I thought try: "pomegranates effect on Melotonin" and Boom there it was, a study on pubmed .gov pomegranate particularly these concentrated versions decrease melotonin. Funny how that never came up on the sites that were hyping this....It may have other great benefits but they don't mean much if you cant sleep.Herbs and concentrates like this are drugs just not licensed drugs, and should be approached with caution. I recommend exhaustive research before you put them into our body.
