Terrible Customer Service

Ordered 29.5x10x14 Assassinator tires. Got them and they were undersized by an inch. Tried to return them for almost a month, sent them pictures with measurements, they wouldn’t pay for the return shipping and expected me to pay for 200lbs of tires to be shipped back. Amazingly awful experience.
