Excellent seeds!
I bought these seeds a week and a half ago, they were delivered a week ago. Iโm a new herb gardener. I got lucky with some cilantro this winter, tried a bunch of other stuff when I thought the weather had turned the corner, failed with it. So I get these seeds. Itโs now in the 70s and 50s at night in Phoenix. I plant them. The mustard is taking over the pot I planted it inโthere were thousands of seeds in the packet, and I thought โwell maybe some are duds.โ So I used maybe a hundred of them. Nope. I can barely see brown in the pot. They appear to have ALL germinated. They started coming in on Friday, four days after I planted them. By Sunday the pot was lush green and today they were even bigger and greener. The basil, which I thought would take longer, started coming in yesterday. The chives are already coming in. On my way to a ballroom dancing class tonight I looked and saw that my peppermint, which is supposed to take 21 days to germination, had germinated. Another four have also germinated already, but I donโt remember which ones I planted in which pots, so I will have to wait until they are mature to see; one appears to be the sage, and one might be the summer savory, and one the dill. Who cares? The only thing that matters is that they are all, apparently, responding to rainwater that I collected from the last two storms and diluted pee fertilizer. I planted 10 of these and 8 have already germinated. Youโd have to basically be an idiot to not get these seeds to germinateโyouโd have to plant them at the wrong time, or not water them, or put them somewhere that itโs dark.

Good assortment of quality seeds with a decent price
After reading all the reviews on this seller I hesitated to order. I couldn't find this assortment of herbs with a decent price anywhere else, so I ordered anyway. When I added it to my cart it immediately said the product was no longer available through this seller and directed me to a different seller--which was the same seller--Go figure. The price was doubled, but still on the cheaper side and still contained all variety of herbs I wanted so I continued. Packaging was more than adequate(A major complaint in the previous reviews). Paper seed packets, like those from any store, were delivered in a foil envelop. Individual planting instrutions specific to each herb are adequate and printed on the paper envelopes, but no care instructions. I'll check the internet. I don't think many seeds come with over all care instruction. However, I didn't follow any of the instructions. I put my seeds in a piece of damp paper towel and rolled it up. I put the rolled paper towels in labled ziploc bags, the bags went into mason jars and I set them in a sunny window. There wasn't a single herb with less than a 14 day germination and most anticiated upwards of 3 to 4 weeks. I didn't expect to see anything for awhile. 9 days later ALL the seeds except the parsley had germinated!! I did wash the parsley as directed, so I'm still waiting. I will use the paper towels as seed tape after I remove the access. Whether this works remains to be seen, but the point is these seeds are ALIVE! Be patient. I'm glad I ordered from this seller.

Very few seeds
Overall, I had a pretty good experience with these seeds. There are not very many seeds in each package, though, and I had to replant the oregano, parsley and thyme. So I would not recommend planting all your seeds at once in case you too need to replant. Also there are absolutely no instructions, not on planting or harvesting. An example, the sage packet has no day count for harvest. All the others tell you 70-day, 60-day, etc. Come to find out, you don't harvest sage till the next year. If I had known that I might have chosen plant location differently. No big deal, but a little surprising as most seed packets have even basic planting instruction. It is a good package to just be able to sample grow a variety of common spices, if you already know what you are doing, but if you are looking to grow for an actual supply for drying and stuff, or if you are a beginner with no knowledge of gardening or spice growing; I think you are better off just buying packets individually.

Can't wait to use the herbs!
I initially ordered the 12 seeds to put in my Aerogrow container. I planted them about Jan 20th and they are almost all growing now. They are about 1- 3 inches tall. The only one not growing is the garlic chive. I'll try planting it again and see if they grow. Later on I'll transplant them all in the ground. I ordered the seeds as soon as I figured out that I wanted to grow herbs this year. The order was received promptly and was sent out very soon afterwards. The seeds were individually placed in small envelopes with name, weight, no. of seeds in packet and other information on the envelopes All these envelopes were then placed in a plastic envelope with more information about planting, germination, transplanting, soil and light and maturation for each herb, plus general culinary herb kit instructions. Lots of info! I checked out each envelope for number of seeds but gave up after a while. Some seeds were too tiny, and some too numerous. I just figured out if it looked approximately like what was supposed to be in the envelope. The oregano envelope had very very teeny seeds and the envelope stated it had 150 seeds, but I suppose they may have leaked out of the envelope because it didn't look anywhere like 150 seeds so I called the company and they promptly sent me another envelope of oregano that did have what may have been 150 seeds. Overall this was a good buy for culinary herb seeds and the company was very attentive as to instructions and problems.

Good germination rate, be careful of mold
I'm pretty excited about these seeds! This is my first garden, so i am also very nervous. I've seen a very good germination rate so far, but i do have a small concern. My cilantro seeds wont take at all, and have started molding. I threw those out and started new ones, which i hope will take better. I'll be keeping a much keener eye on them, and trying out a few different methods. All the other seeds have done fantastically!!! I'm very excited for my new garden!!! Thank you so much!!

Very Pleased
I could not be happier with these seeds, I took a picture of them 10 days after planting them because I couldn't believe they sprouted so fast! Within 3-4 days there were tiny green sprouts popping up, I was amazed! (picture of the seedlings above is mine) Every single type sprouted at least one (so far) mostly 5-6 (all I planted) in that 10 days. Talk about viable seeds! I took 5-6 of each type of seed and put them in an ice cube tray, with a diagram on paper of what I put in each one. I soaked them for exactly the time specified (using a timer) in the well written and easy to understand instructions that were included. I saw some saying they had a hard time with the tiny seeds, what I did was use my finger to gather the teeny speck ones, and then (with a hole already in the peat seed starter) placed them carefully on a chopstick, and inserted them into the holes 1 or 2 at a time. I now have 6 of the 12 planted in the larger pots, and waiting for the others to get a little bigger before relocation. There are only 10 in the picture because the Mustard greens and the Thyme got too big for the seedling greenhouse by then! Jiffy 5032 Professional Greenhouse 25-Plant Starter Kit If you want to see *really* tiny seeds, try planting persian violets, that is what is in the rectangular container with the itsy bitsy plants in it. None of the herb seeds were as small as those. My point is, with a little ingenuity and patience you can grow these quite easily. I'll have fresh herbs for years. So happy I decided to get these. Can't beat the price either!

Great quality, non-GMO and wonderful service
We sent these seeds to a tiny island called Tinian in the Pacific ocean which destroyed my Hurricane Yutu. They arrived at this remote destination and transformed the lives of the people.... this was their response: The colossus SUPPLY of the WONDERFUL SEEDS ARRIVED!!!!! I JUST GOT THEM TODAY & STARTED DISTRIBUTING THEM IMMEDIATELY Generations to come will keep eating healthier & in more abundance because of this! Carrots, all the best different kinds of squash, cucumbers, lettuce & tomatoes, plus corn, delicious kinds of beans, peppers, beets WEEEEEHAAA are we all thrilled, ecstatic, jumping for joy!! answering these Chomorro village people's prayers). Forever they had to wait for the ship or tiny planes to deliver a few unappealing, not fresh greens & veggies which is why lots of people for decades gardened masterfully. I have seen many of the glorious foods corn, spinach, broccoli, basil, beets & all you sent, at times in the local markets (no big stores here at all, just little mom & pop shops). The choices were MAGNIFICENT!!!!! We can never adequately show our appreciation!!!! I just know you will feel the happiness, gratitude & LOVE coming your way! ( and to the wonderful company that supplied them!)

Very disappointed
I will never order from this company again. The amount they charged for shipping such a small package was outrageous. When I placed this order, I also placed 2 other orders, book orders, with other vendors; their shipping rate was much cheaper and I received both book shipments the day after my herb seeds arrived. You pay this huge shipping cost to be sent FedEx yet I received my book order via postal service at a much better rate and almost as timely manner. Plus I placed my ordered because of the reviews, others wrote stating that their seeds arrived in small pill type containers, my ordered arrived in plain white seed packets. I was giving this as a gift and very disappointment. I would have been better off if I had gone to a local nursery and purchased seed packets. Again, I will never use this company again, a huge rip off!!!!
