Despite the item arriving damaged, the Torchbearer Oh My Garlic Sauce itself is excellent. I received a refund right away since the product had leaked… it was all over all my other items, which was a huge stinky garlicky mess to clean up. Really good sauce though, I add it to all sorts of dishes, dressings and sauces. Has a very robust roasted garlic flavor and has no vinegar or oily off taste or anything like that.

Tried a sample size of this sauce and it is excellent. Unfortunately, as seen in other reviews, they haven’t figured out a shippable packaging solution. Amazon box was fine, the plastic seal was secure, but it was leaking and clearly not the correct color or consistency. Had to get a refund. Bummer.

My friend and I tried Oh My Garlic and other TorchBearer sauces at a craft fair back in December, and we both liked this one a lot! I'm really glad that I was able to find it on Amazon. Decent price, fast shipping, and well protected in the box it came in. I will also say that this sauce is SUPER garlicy. My friend loves it as a dipping sauce but it's pretty intense for me.

beware that this sauce basically tastes a lot more like mustard and vinegar and the other ingredients mixed with a lot of oil. not at all a heavy or potent garlic sauce like at zankou chicken, which i'm trying to find a dupe for. overall not a bad flavour, just not a garlic sauce and you need a specific taste in order to love this

Very creamy and garlicky. Makes a good salad dressing addition. It has a peppery Mayo vibe to it.

I have never had garlic "anything" taste better. Baked garlic. Other garlic aeoli sauces. Garlic bread. Garlic spread on a cheeseburger bun. Roasted garlic thrown into a shrimp dish. Fried garlic. Garlic butter. Fresh garlic in a homemade creamy pesto. Licking the bits of garlic off the knife after you minced a **** ton of it. The smell of a garlicy stir fry as you enter the house after a LONG day of work where you skipped lunch. This is hands down WAY BETTER; no doubt at all. ***Just remember to shake any sauce before use... otherwise you'll find it "watery" and write a misleading review.

The sauce I received was nothing like what's pictured or advertised. What I received is grayish, watery, and keeps separating. It barely tastes like garlic and has a weird tang to it. THIS SAUCE DOES NOT TASTE GOOD! For the prices they charge this sauce is pathetic. Very disappointed in Torchbearer Sauces.

Similar to other reviews, my bottle leaked abit and now I'm unsure if it's still safe for consumption (considering that is says "refrigerate upon openning"). It smells good, but also had a separation (easy fix, just shake it) but also it seemed more liquid than what I've had before. I've tried it already from a mini sampler from World Market, so I know the taste and thicker consistency. Not sure that this matches at all and nervous to try.

It's a great addition to sandwiches, salads, or creamy things that need garlic. 10/10 will buy again!

It’s really good made sauce but the price of it is way too high. After one bottle of this we started making it at home for a fraction of the cost they charge. All there sauces are all expensive unfortunately

Excellent for pasta and on days where your sphincter can use a rest. Taste is great and garlicky. 2 thumbs up

Too expensive for such an oily artificial garlic flavoured vinaigrette. I had to mix it with some leftover extra hot sauce to make it worth using.
