I also take a dedicated b12 supplement and still need to research calcium/iron (may need higher doses of those that what is in this vitamin too). But this seems like a wonderful product, and I would recommend it to anyone I know who is vegan. Yes, the pills are big so you need to take them with water. Yes, like most other multivitamins they will change the color of your urine (your body only absorbs some of it, and out goes the rest.) But that is the reality of supplementing, and please trust me - you DO NOT want to develop peripheral neuropathy from b12 deficiency (pain management for literally the rest of your life), or any of the slew of other health problems that can arise from deficient diets. As a vegan, I've used this general supplement as a general foundation for making sure my body has what it needs, without it having a significant impact on my bank account. I'm grateful that there is a cheap and vegan multivitamin like this.

Though I'm doing better, like many Americans my diet isn't always what it ought to be. Not enough veggies, too much processed sugar, etc. And, like many of us, I'd started taking supplements. But eventually, I settled on using a multivitamin, as several articles suggested that would be just as good as taking individual ones. Other multis I purchased had done ok. I could feel a difference and so I kept taking them. But when I was given a bottle of Vegan Natural A-Z to try by the manufacturer I noticed that I felt even better - more alert, sharper, and less draggy at the end of my work day. Of course, eventually they ran out and I took another multi I'd purchased at one of the big vitamin shops. It was ok. I felt ok, but I didn't feel better. I decided to buy my second bottle of Hayat Vitamins Vegan Natural A-Z. Again I could again feel the difference. I also realized that the price was just a bit better. It's a large pill - but not bigger than most of the multivitamins I've taken. There's no weird smell and they don't upset my stomach. No multivitamin will completely make up for poor sleep and eating habits, but I'm certain that this one has met my needs and I recommend you give it a try.

I like there vits but don’t know why they stop making ones for immunity. I use to get them for my father but they are no longer available. These are even not bad

I took many vitamins in my life and I think this is the best one. Because whenever I started taking Hayat Vitamins, I am feeling strength in my body. I will keep continue buying this item.

The expiration date is not visible. The product is marked as non refundable. It is wasteful for me.

they are good vits

Not good. Makes your urine orange. There is NO list on the package of the inactive ingredients. What are they putting in this? Sketchy as can be!
