Simon Mayor and Hilary James are a really good musical pair and have created wonderful songs for children - as an adult I don't feel embarrassed listening to their albums (there are 6 of them for children). If you are fed up with banal music for your children, then this is a must-have. The songs are funny and use clever word-play. They are well written and beautifully played on a variety of instruments. I simpley can't recommend them highly enough and I don't understand why they are not more popular. Mayor and James do regular tours - we took our 9 & 10 year olds to a recent concert of theirs, and we all loved it.

I listened to it when I was little and now play it for my daughter. We have all the CDs in this series and they are worth the investment.A must have for bedtimes and long car journeys!!!!
