Some bottle jacks made in China have deluded hydraulic fluid. What type of hydraulic fluid is in this bottle jack?

Although probably a generalization, I've never had this problem in my life. But hydraulic fluid is cheap if that is the unlikely case.

will this work to leval a camp?

I assume "camp" means camper. If that's the case, this hydraulic lifting device could help, however this device is not a load holding device. Once the camper is lifted and leveled, you will need to transfer the load to a mechanical load holding device.

Works well

This is a tough little jack. It lifts easily,holds pressure and works in the cold. I love how short it is. You can get it under low trailer axles where a regular bottle jack is too tall. It's tough enough to lift a trailer loaded with 29,000lb plus the weight of the trailer. It's a good little jack. Great price too. I highly recommend it.
