Are they made of paper?

The packaging doesn't say what they are made up, but it is not just paper. They are more of a vinyl type of material. These are peel and stick type stickers, they are more like regular stickers than scrapbooking and craft supplies, although they could be used for that too. If you send a message to my seller account The Accessory Bin, I may be able to provide you a few pictures of them before you make the purchase. If you are a fan of Lisa Frank, or even not familiar with her work, I highly recommend these. I love them myself, they are colorful, vibrant and and creative. There are even holiday themed stickers in this book. Definitely a top pick!

What is the difference between basic and deluxe?

Not worth getting the deluxe. It’s the same stickers just twice and idk if this is the case for everyone but HALF of the pages the stickers were defective and stuck to the page so I paid deluxe price for basic stickers. don’t do it

Do they have mirror images included?

No, there are no mirror images included. It is a wonderful collection of Lisa Frank designs, everything from the colorful classics to fun holiday and seasonal designs. I highly recommend!
