Is this 1/4 grid? Or half grid? How much diffusion is it?

Grid is 1 to 2 stops of light loss/diffusion.

How many stops of light does it diffuse?

About 2 stops. Can also be used to bounce light.

Does this come with any type of travel/storage bag?? If not, do they sell one?

Comes with a storage/travel bag. All the gear (all three diffusers, cords and frame pieces fit into the bag).

Is there a negative fill that fits this?

I don’t think they sell it, it’d be pretty easy to make one for it though.
