Fantastic product
I'm very happy with the product I recieved. It's exactly as advertised, heavy, sturdy and definitely reliable. The instructions are pretty clear and even if you are confused there are some YouTube videos that will help you mount it on the wall. It took me only less than an hour to do it, so it's very easy to install (with the help of a friend of course) comes with multiple types of screws and washers to help mount. And works with old tvs as well mine was a 10 year old Samsung LED 32". Looks good. Feels good and it's quite wonderful 😂 10/10 Would recommend.

Good in segment.
It's good, you can't adjust tilt angle. Also after installing monitor on the mount, it makes monitor slightly tilted although not that noticable. And the screws provided for installation (wall) are useless, but the monitor mount screws were perfect. It's durable. Overall value for money.

Not compatible
The wall mount seems sturdy and well-built, and it might work great for larger TVs. However, it's not compatible with standard computer monitors, which was a big disappointment for me. The VESA pattern didn't align with my monitor, and the screws provided were too large. If you're looking to mount a TV, this could be a solid option. But for monitor users, I'd suggest double-checking the specs or looking for a more monitor-friendly mount.

Very Disappointed, please don't buy
Very Disappointed I bought the Caprigo Heavy Duty TV Wall Mount Bracket (17–32 inch) expecting it to hold my TV securely, but it was a bad experience. The bracket is not strong enough to handle the weight of the TV, even though the product claims to support this size range. After installation, the mount started hanging down from the wall, making the TV tilt forward. It feels unsafe and unstable. The build quality is not confidence-inspiring, and the screws and brackets do not hold firmly. I ended up removing the TV because I wasn’t sure if it would fall. Not recommended. Definitely not heavy-duty as advertised
