This meat thermometer works great and gives quick, accurate readings. It’s very easy to use and takes the guesswork out of cooking meat properly. The display is easy to read, and it feels sturdy and well made. It’s been a reliable kitchen tool and something I reach for often. Definitely a good purchase for the price.

It worked perfectly and was easy to use. I bought this because I was making a standing rib roast for the first time for our Christmas dinner. It's an expensive cut of meat and I didn't want to undercook or overcook it. It was inexpensive and I really liked the fact that you can set the temperature on the display and leave the oven closed until the cooking is complete instead of constantly peeking in on it. It did a great job. I was a bit concerned whether this would work, so I set it just above room temperature and clasped my hand around the probe to warm it up. Sure enough, it started beeping when it hit the desired temp. The cord is long enough to put your meat in the oven and place the stand on the kitchen counter nearby. It does have a magnet on the back, but I didn't try putting it on the oven door. The entire unit is small enough to tuck away in a drawer, as it won't be something we use often. Overall, the thermometer is very easy to use and even has suggested temps for the "doneness" of your meat so you don't have to look it up. I highly recommend it.

I love this thermometer. To be able to plug the probe into the food inside the oven and see the temperature outside of the oven is excellent for the perfectly cooked food. It has a nice, loud alarm when the food hits the proper temperature, and you can set the desired temperature by either hitting an icon for the food type or entering the temperature you want. For instance, if you want the perfect chicken, it must be 165 degrees for safety, but you can set it to 160 degrees and allow the chicken to sit outside of the oven as it will continue to cook until it hits the right temperature without drying out. It gives you total control. It is battery operated, so convenient for use. It has no wireless connectivity, but since you would be close at hand as you cook anyway, it's not a limitation. The temperature change speed is excellent, and the item seems durable. It fits nicely on the counter, or you can click it onto something metal with the magnet on the back.

I like it took me a second to figure out the custom temp but works well. Don't leave in oven!

This is a great thermometer. We can actually put the probe in our meat, set the temperature, put in the oven and the temperature reader on the counter and let it cook. It beeps when done.

It's so simple to use! I compared it to one of my regular thermometers and the temperature was the same. Once this got to the right temp and beeped I pulled it out the oven , inserted my old thermometer and unlike this new one I had to wait several minutes for that old thermometer to get up to the temp. So I do believe its accurate. I love that I can stick it in the meat ,close the oven and when the meat comes to the right temperature it beeps, keeping me from overcooking the meat. However I do like to bake chicken thighs in my air fryer but I couldn't close it or I would have squashed the wire on the probe. Not really a big deal as I just timed my chicken and checked towards the end. So dont expect to close it in an airfryer but it works great in the oven. I cant wait for the weather to warm so I can use it on the grill. I'm constantly over cooking on the grill. I'm looking forward to some tasty grilling without being it being dried out! I like the way the probe tapers down at the end for smaller cuts of meat too. When I was checking reviews, some customers said they didnt like choosing it by the picture, but those temperatures can be adjust up or down to suit your own personal needs . It has a timer too but I havent used it as I just wait for the temperature to hit and the alarm beeps to let me know its done, so no need for the timer. Great thermometer especially for the price!
