Black Ribbon for C Series Typewriters

This typewriter ribbon allows clean type. Easy to install and change out!

This fit my Mom's Coronomatic 8000 machine with no issues. The ribbon was not dried out and evenly leaves a good type mark. After a couple of typed pages, the ribbon still hasn't lost any performance. This product would've received a 5 star rating if the packaging it came in wasn't cracked. The ribbon almost fell out of the plastic package it came in. I'm not sure why the plastic packaging was so brittle, maybe due to age, but at least the ribbon was intact and working. I'd purchase this again in the future.

This is the same part number cartridge I have been buying for the last 10 plus years locally (same foreign source)(nolonger available locally) and it performs the same, including the fact it is not a long life type, but only thing available.Fit & finish is same Smith Corona quality.

alli can say is it worked like it was suposed to i have had other ribens tha were dry up when i recieved them this one wukked great.

Very satisfied, Amazon is the only place I have been able to find these ribbons. These are for use by my 91 year old father-in-law

I wish you could see my class of 5 year olds on the typewriter learning to find letters and spell words. It was better than a computer because the paper was right there. I didn't know I could get a ribbon for this old machine so I feel very lucky

The first ribbon was broken when I got it so I sent it back and reordered.The second ribbon was perfect.
