Cross Knots Monkey Dog Toy, Medium/Large, Large Breeds

So far this toy has lasted longer than any other toy we’ve bought for our German shepherd/potcake mix. By far. This poor pup loves toys, but they just cannot love him back. I have never seen a dog so proud and happy to have a new toy as this guy, but have yet to find one that can hold up to his aggressive love. Even when supervised, he would destroy most of his toys-- even so-called “indestructible” toys--within minutes. Not Blue Monkey. He got this for his first birthday on July 1 and so far, it is still hanging in there. We have learned some lessons along the way. For one thing, he is not allowed unlimited access or unsupervised play. Blue Monkey only comes out when we can keep an eye on him. But he loves this toy. He carries it outside when he needs to go potty. He naps with his chin resting on it. If we even say the words “Blue Monkey” he will get up and search for him. And boy, oh boy, do his eyes light up when he finds it. Three weeks in and several hours of play and doggy happiness (and lots and lots of slobber) and there are minimal signs of wear. The nose and ears are still attached, one string from under the nose down to the mouth came unattached and we simply snipped it off. There is a small tear on one ear, and we are watching that, if it gets too loose we will cut it off so he does not decide to tear at it. Do I think this toy will last for months and months? Probably not. But the fact that it has lasted this long without falling apart is an encouraging sign. Best of all, it makes our pup ridiculously happy -- so it's well worth the price. He has even stopped stealing (and obliterating) the kitty's toys now that he has his own. Which certainly makes the kitty more willing to tolerate the pup. We will definitely be purchasing more of these toys.

I love the KONG Knots toys for my dog. He loves to rip his toys apart and leaving me with all the innards to clean up. The Knots toys take him a lot longer and I don’t have a giant mess to clean up. The material is strong and the knot inside is the quality knot expected from KONG. Honestly, these are the only toys I get for my dog. The rest of them may cost less, but they don’t last long and in the end I spend less and my dog is happier.

Not as durable as I wish it was but a fun toy I have two big dogs each 130 lb and they love them I haven't seen the tiger in stores so I was glad to get it I still have them and they are a little mutilated ears tails feet but just a fun toy the rope is the skeleton and the dogs love them

I really liked these KONG wild knots dog toys but since my 8 pound Yorkie hit one year old she rips them apart in under 5 minutes. She easily rips them open and chews off the ears. I have even tried the larger toys thinking maybe they were made for more aggressive chewers but the same exact thing happens. My girl may be small but she has very strong aggressive jaws so I guess I’m still going to have to search for a toy that will hold up. Very disappointed because KONG was kind of the gold standard but not so much for us.

My puppy loves this toy! She’s either playing with it or sitting/laying by it. She doesn’t let it out of her sight. She even had it with her when she was spayed.

The outer fiber is cheap nylon, just not the same as his rope bear with soft outer cotton feel (quality). Shocked when had it for first time and not sure if taste funny or the feel of it, but immediately put it down and does not even want to get it when throw it. I tried to encourage him to play tug of war with it, but he gives up quickly - he just does not want it in his mouth. Large German Shepherd who loves all boys and most stuffed toys, or rolled up socks.

My dog loves her monkey! It is well made and she can make it squeak. So far it’s holding up with her constantly playing with it.

Our dog loves it, but didn't live up to the name. I was tired of other toys being destroyed in a day. I previously had another Kong stuffed yeti that lasted a month. This Fox had the stuffing pulled out of its head within 10 minutes. The cheap $5 Target animal lasted longer… Had high hopes that deflated as fast as this toy’s stuffed head.

Comprei imaginando uma pelúcia maior, pelo tamanho na foto, mas é pequeno para cães grandes. No entanto, devo dizer que o material é de boa qualidade.

Sturdy toy. Pup is teething and the first bear was loved to death..this is a replacement purchase!. It has enough weight you can play fetch, stand up to being tossed around and of course a chew toy.

Very strong to match with a 40 kg Golden Retriever. Already survived one month. He is very found and happy about it!

Molto bello e soprattutto resistente, ho due cani di taglia grossa che ci giocavano anche tra di loro tirandolo ed è durato diversi mesi. Nessun altro gioco era sopravvissuto così tanto! Alla fine hanno strappato il peluche ma hanno usato ancora per parecchio la corda dentro. Lo ricomprerò sicuramente
