Love this pen! Smooth writing and great ink flow. That said, if you tend to put a lot of pressure on your pens/pencils when you write, I would recommend getting their ballpoint. If you put too much pressure on the pen or linger a little too long on a letter, the ink will begin to pool (gel ink) which could lead to streaks if you're not cautious.

exceptional pen. only real conplaint is the line width on cheap paper, but thats the game with rollerball pens. Zero tip wobble, zebra 701 level click action, and smooth as butter cartridge. If I had to complain, I'd say Id prefer a standard refill, and marginally better behavior on cheap paper, but we can't have it all when we want that level of smooth.

As the title says. I'm a pen snob and tried this one out. Its a gel pen so it's already off to a bad start. The flip side is that it feels nice to hold and looks nice. Thats it. The refills they say that are supposed to work in this don't even fit this pen. It is absolutely NOT refillable and it's fragile. One drop and it started leaking ink like crazy, can't use it now since every refill I try doesn't fit. Junk junk junk. Cross should be ashamed of themselves.

This is an amazing pen. It writes so nice and smooth. My writing is flawless and makes my writing look so neat.

First off I have to explain that I have been a Cross pen user for decades. Not just Cross, but I do keep coming back to them, so yes, I'm a fan. I'm also not normally a fan of slim pens, I normally go for larger body pens. However, I had need of a gel slim pen (don't ask, long story) and so this seemed a great buy, particularly for a .7 point with a solid metal body. So I bought this. Arrived in a wonderful box which I'll likely keep just for quality. Seriously, if you want to give a gift of a pen, this LOOKS GREAT. So why 4 of 5 stars? The cartridge that came with it (there is only the one that comes with the pen) was dead on arrival. So I have no idea how well this writes. First time for one of my Cross pens. Given that we can never know how long a given pen has just sat somewhere waiting for an owner, these things happen. But this can't be a 5-star experience for me. UPDATE: I bought some generic refills. Actually kind of nice because these are plastic rather than metal so you can see how much ink is left in there. They too say .07 point size but writes a bit more like a .05 if that matters. Nice ink flow with these refills (Amazon, Jaymo package of 6, Gel Rolling Ball pen refills) and the body feels good in the hand as described above. So likely I now have a life time of writing with this pen.

Larger circumference than the traditional Cross pens and very comfortable to hold for writing. Like the rollerball option. Performs very well. Up to Cross standards of quality. Good purchase.

This is hands down my favorite pen. Compared to other high end pens I’ve owned, you get bang for your buck. It holds up well, and for left handed folks it does not streak when writing. Simple, sleek, slim design that fits well in your hand. Glides across paper and is great for those of us that still write in cursive.
