I've been drinking this consistenly for over a year. Tastes great and my eyelashes have been growing like crazy.

Good product and works.

Mixed berry is BY FAR the best flavor I've tried so far. I hardly detect it in juice or sparkling water. The tropical and acai lemonade flavors tasted like strong artificial chemicals to me. It mixes pretty well with a cheap handheld frother. Just don't try to mix it with a full glass because it froths like crazy! Pour in about a 1/2 cup of liquid, add powder, mix it, then pour in the rest of the liquid. My face does feel like it has a noticeably softer, smoother texture with less breakouts, but I've been doing various aesthetic treatments, so it's hard to say if this product is responsible. I have also being using Orgain unflavored collagen in my coffee for a year or so. Regardless, I will continue using the mixed berry flavor with the Amazon subscription savings!

Berry flavor is good

I've been taking this Sparkle Collagen (flavored/mixed berry) for almost a week now. To me, the flavor is a bit sweet but not horrible. I'd purchased this primarily for wrinkles, nails and hair. I don't expect any results in my skin right now - it's way too soon for that - I have noticed a decrease in back pain and knee pain - in under one week - that's worth the price of admission alone. I started out with one scoop in water every morning and today, just upped it to two - you can take up to four scoops a day. I use a hand milk frother to mix it in with the water for just a few seconds because it will clump. I wanted to ease into it to see how my body would respond. I didn't feel any noticeable negative side effects. I did feel full so I don't eat as much during the day. Not that I ate a lot to begin with but just something to note you might want to eat something before taking this. I can take collagen alone and not feel sick. Decided to on auto delivery because I know to see the results that I'm looking for will take months! Edit: I'd ordered this before with no problem but now? No. This last delivery came with the top of the container cracked and the protective bit over the top of the actual product had been used - just dont'. Go direct to the company (like this will EVER be published).

I have been using it for about a week, it is too soon to report on potential results. I bought this for the benefits on joint health and maybe if my nails don’t break that will be a nice bonus. So far, I do feel an improvement on my knees going up and down the stairs. *Remember that you need to use the product consistently for about 6 weeks to be able to see results (aka determine if it did indeed make a difference for you). I purchased the berry flavor (50 servings size) and take it mixed with water. I like the taste and mixed with water it is like drinking liquid jello. As many reviewers have pointed out it does not come with a measuring scoop. I wish the company would include a scoop and use a recyclable bag for the powder instead of the plastic container. *I mention this because they claimed to have removed the scoop to be more environmentally conscious. I will update once I have used the whole container as that should put me in the 6 weeks of continuous use to determine results. Extra: I have not tried it but, I think mixed with water you could possibly make this into jello and consume it that way as well. Stats: Female, mid 40s, have had arthritis in certain areas since late 20s/early 30s, exercise (rebounder/3 mile walks/weight lifting twice a week), weight (“healthy”), build (small).
