Very powerful broad spectrum effect on a one day intake basis. I usually take it before going to work when feeling a bit weak. It made me being able to walk miles further. I am a bit undecided taking it for longer than one day at a time because it's so powerful.

I can't give an honest opinion on how or if they work as they are taken with other supplements. They are easy to swallow and I had no ill effects from taking them.

I've been wearing glasses all my life being nearsighted I could only see everything close, faraway everything was a blur. So I've been taking this for awhile I used different company and then I switched to this product. There was video that said this particular product was by far the best of them. I was cleaning my glasses and I put them on and everything was blurry. Took them off and my vision had totally corrected itself. At first I was confused I then started viewing things that were usually a blur but there was no blur. I put back my glasses back on and it was just a big blur my eyes with glasses were seeing everything that in the past would be normal without glasses . I am totally flabbergasted.
