Great product, works as intended.
This works great, I have been using it for months, I do break it in half but that's because I just prefer a lower dose.

Water Retention
I bought that brand because I heard great things about it & it was an affordable price for me. The other brand I was taking I liked but the price was too high. I really can't tell the difference between the two so I will continue with this brand as long as the price doesn't go up. The tablet is easy to swallow and does not leave any aftertaste. My energy level is good with this brand too. I believe it does help keep my water retention down so that's a plus. I only take one a day and I believe it helps with my functioning & mood some. I also heard it helps with glucose metabolism but I can't tell if it does. So far so good.

Buying Quality Products!
I have not experienced any side effects taking this product. I don't feel any different since I started taking it. I need to give it more time to see if the product has a great quality.

Worked for me.
My research showed this might shrink my micro adenoma on my pituitary gland . I took it for 6 months and then scheduled an appt with my endourologist. My prolactin levels were back to normal. Adenoma gone.

Awesome to put in water because it dissolves quickly but also quite easy to swallow. Also has high vitamin D. Good smell and awesome brand.
