Excellent response.
My chainsaw failed after just under three years of use. I called.ASURION Regarding the issue and they immediately reimbursed the purchase price within a day. No complaints.

Good thing to get a warranty
So far so good I had a problem with my item and the helped me it was a little bit of a run around to get the claim setup but it worked out

***was finally able to get ahold of someone. They said that my claim had been processed. Within a day I got a full refund. I would say that if you have any expensive things bought it is definitely worth it. I’ll be buying a different chainsaw this time but still going to get the insurance. Cost me $25 and def worth it. Im writing this review now giving it 1 star and I’ll hope to have gotten an answer soon. I purchased this insurance to cover a chainsaw I bought. Shortly after using chainsaw a plastic piece broke off making the chainsaw inoperable. Few issues I’ve had so far with this insurance plan. One it’s taking a lot longer than I thought. I think I’m going on week two and still no update. The support system they have in place is nonexistent I’ve tried messaging them through the app and it says 24/7 help but all the times I’ve tried using it says that it’s down. The third time is collecting the information. I had to make a total of 2 claims before the pictures and information was good enough for there system. At the moment I have no positive things to say

Easy to do business with
Hopefully I will never need to use the insurance. In view of past experience with this company, I know that a claim will be handled quickly and fairly.

How refunds should be
Once I found the Asurion website it was the best refund expeience I have ever used. It was fast, I had my refund and was finished in less than 10 minutes. It was almost a pleasure, but it was nice for once to feel the vendor really did care to make it the best it could.

DONT BUY THEIR policies -
DO NOT - I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANY ASURION INSURANCE PRODUCT. The claims process is the most painful you will ever run into - their primary goal is to make drain your will and hope you give up. Find documents and receipts (even for the insurance policy they sold to you) - fill out online docuemnts - fill out paper documents. Sign and scan documents. Answer emails - call their customer service (who hangs up on you over and over) to verify your info. If you dont - nothing happens. Then you eventually get to the point where they will send out a box for you to return the product so they can try to fix it... I'm at this point..4 weeks later. Who knows if they will fix it right. I bet its another month or two before I get the item back. Keep your money
