Love this product for cutting up various items.

Change my life. Used on LONGGG strips of brown paper for decorating for VBS in the hallways. But it was great for wrapping presents where you can fast and easily with ONE hand while the other hand holds the annoying paper roll. Bought two, gave one to my friend who loved it for the cutting of decorations she does. Big PROS: New battery if needed can be purchased right here on amazon, very comforable to hold and use. AND, it comes with a corded option so you can use if without batter as long as you want. Well designed and thought out and parts are available.

This thing is awesome. I don’t know how I lived without it. I’m using it for fiberglass boat projects. Takes all the work out of cutting the cloth.

This electrical scissors is the best power tool I have found for cutting up large cardboard packages into smaller sheets for disposal. Tiger saws, reciprocating saws, circular saws, all produce lots of paper dust, and those rotary blade cutters are quite clumsy to use. However, this scissors leaves no dust at all, and it is very easy to make tightly curved cuts. The battery lasts forever (well for the half hour or so I may use it at the longest) , I have not had to use the included mains power adapter to power the scissors directly (nice to have if needed) at any time. All in all I am very happy with this purchase. The picture shows some 5 layer cardboard I did some cutting tests on. I usually cut up all the many packages I receive in to smaller pieces that i collect in the box under the work table, to be disposed of once a month or so.

If I could give this more stars, I would! These scissors are worth every penny. I am a costume designer currently working on two shows. I purchased these because the 90 yards of upholstery fabric that I chose to make 40 coats for a show was heavier than I expected and was taking entirely too long to cut with my sewing shears. These scissors feel good in your hand and cut beautifully. They are very easy to use, and raced through several layers of very thick fabric cleanly. They also work well with thinner fabrics. I was able to cut all of the curves, notches and other fussy bits of my patterns with no problems. They've also got a long run time. Over the course of four days, I used them constantly/continuously for 2-3 hours at a clip, and got about 9.5 hours from a single battery charge. They didn't overheat or stall out with continuous use like other cheap electric scissors. Recharging the battery took just under two hours, and while it was charging I was able to keep going by using the corded adapter. One note: if you're using them for extended times (more than two hours) you might want to wear an anti-vibration glove.

This is a great gadget! I have not had any problems cutting through fleece, cardboard and I even used it on some rubber backing carpet tiles. The heads are easy to change out. I love it! I will buy this again when I need to replace it. My only complaint is there is no safety switch or button so if you set it down and accidentally bump the trigger it will cut you.

This is a great pair of electric scissors. It has worked considerably better for me than the rotary type and is much easier to control. The only time I pushed it too hard was for a thick carpet which it was not designed to do. I am extremely pleased with how well this works. Fabric, thin carpet, cardboard, paper all are easy for this tool. Light and very well built.

OVERALL: It achieves its major objective of saving muscle usage. PROS: +++ It really saves the thumb basal joint from overuse if you have tons of cupboard boxes to decimate before getting them to the recycling bin. With the included battery pack you can manipulate the device freely. CONS: (1) The coaxial DC cord falls out all the time rendering it essentially useless. Use the battery pack. (2) It doesn't save too much time as you can use scissors to do the same job, probably faster, because we can manipulate scissors faster. (3) There is no storage box when you have a sharp tip, which is a separate unit that you insert into the main unit. I cut away a couple of the dividers in the packaging mold that it came in so I can use the same mold to store the scissors after the tip is attached. See photo. The battery pack has to be detached to fit back into the mold. (4) The power toggle can be turned on too easily.

A pesar de que es mas caro que otros creo que vale la pena gastarse un poco mas y comprar algo de calidad y con la garantía de repuesto. Contento por ahora.

These electric scissors have been great for cutting up boxes for recycling amongst other things. It makes the job so much quicker and easier. Changing blade type requires the use of a small screwdriver, but it is a quick process. So far the battery life has been great.
