Fits my lens good, and the rubber focus ring cover is a nice bonus. I got this because I lost my original cap. I knew I would, since I always do unless I use a cap keeper. I didn't use one because they annoy me. However, unlike a lot of cap keepers with the elastic that goes around the lens, this one can be attached to the camera strap area and doesn't have to go around the lens barrel itself. Works much better for me, because the ones that dangle from the lens tend to bang around into it when I'm hiking and want to keep it off for quick shots. This way it's away from the glass. Very nice design.

Work like a glove

The ability to charge two batteriesat the same time is very nice. They fit the camera perfectly. The reason i only gave 4 stars is because they don't include a cover to cover the contacts on the batteries when they are not in the camera.

I got this as a replacement for my original Canon lens cap when I couldn't find it after returning from holiday. It's a good price for a perfectly good item, and I find it quicker and easier to click on and off than the original My only minor critique is the very long lanyard, which makes the dangling lens both a nuisance and a target of interest for my curious baby; but this is easily fixed.

This lense cap is a superb protector against woodpeckers and all other pecking birds. I exclusively photograph woodpeckers, a very superstitious animal. Sometimes they try to peck out the lense and destroy the camera so that I don't steal their souls with any more photographs, but I am glad to report that this lense cap is woodpecker proof. I have yet to have a lense destroyed by a mob of the angry birds while I have had this nicely fitting and cheap lense cap on the camera.

I was surprised and very pleased at this item. It fits perfectly and more securely than the original OEM Sony lens cap, and the leash is perfect. Best small purchase I've made in quite a while.

As others have commented, this comes off pretty easily. Appears the threading distance they are using is very non-standard, thus doesn't really "grip" lenses from Canon or Nikon well. It also comes with a really stupid retaining strap. In order to secure the strap to the cap, they drilled a hole in the cap. This defeats the point of keeping dust and the like off your lens. The packaging is abysmally not eco-friendly, and they even include a really stupid rubber bracelet (because apparently they think it's 2004 and those are still cool, or something) for you to further pollute the environment with. This one's really pretty simple, guys - make a lens cap. That's all you had to do. But you kinda screwed that up.

Fits my Sigma 35mm 1.4 perfectly and at a fraction of the cost of an on brand replacement.

Good quality, fits well. Looks good. There is a little strap to make it more secure :) Overal its solid and good for replacement cap.

It works perfectly. I like the release more than the stock lens caps of my lenses. Is it higher quality? Maybe not. But it works very well, fit perfectly and easier to release than standard lens caps. And most importantly, it didn't scratch or destroy my lenses. Really can't ask for anything more. Would buy again

Great - fits my Canon 6D perfectly. Good quality and stays on! I had to buy it to replace the cover that my doggie chewed up.
