Great product!
So I read a lot of reviews about this and don't understand what the issue is. The package came a lot sooner than what was scheduled. The packaging was what it was...huge...bulky and because it was shipped was a little banged up. To be expected.. The instructions were so simple. Everything had its section and detailed in how the assembly was to be done. The included tools of course were horrible but if you are a human being then you should have a simple set of tools. If you don't then you are the problem. Not the merchandise. Assembly was simple and when putting it together you will need to stand ones side up and then the other to connect. If you can not figure out how to do this then you need to not have this product as it simple to do. Once assembled, the cage is sturdy. Cables are pretty strong and you need to put the appropriate weights on them and if you exceed the weight then it will break the cable. This is probably the reason why it has a weight limit on it. So stay within and you will have no issues. Lube the areas that need to be lubed and tighten bolts once a month to make sure everything is tight. Why? because that would be the smart thing to do. Not everything is permanent so checking once a month is a small thing to avoid any mishaps in the future. I will be purchasing additions

High quality, functional, sturdy and nice looking
I bought the Fitness Reality 810XLT Super Max Power Cage with Lat Pull-Down Attachment. This is a very good power cage with high / low cable attachment for home use. The power cage is easy to assemble and looks very nice - just make sure NOT to do your final tightening on all bolts / nuts until the cage is fully assembled and you've given it a good shake in a couple of directions to let everything settle and self level itself on the floor. The lat pull down cable attachment is very well designed and uses high quality sealed bearing pulleys along with a well designed weight plate slider that give the cable a very smooth feel (with minimal friction to impede cable travel). When you assemble the lat pull down attachment, also make sure NOT to do your final tightening on all bolts / nuts until the attachment is fully assembled. AND, make sure NOT to tighten the nuts on the pulley bolts too tight. If you make the pulley bolts too tight, it will squeeze the bearings in the pulleys leading to too much friction which creates a drag on the cable. All you need to do for the pulley bolts is tighten them to the point where they just barely start to touch the metal frame and no further (the bolts use nylock nuts that won't loosen).

Sturdy and versatile
The power tack itself was very easy to assemble and you couldnโt mess up on the bolts because theyโre all the same size. The pulley addition was fairly easy as well but it didnโt exactly label everything but thankfully what was missing in words were showed in pictures in the directions. It came together nicely and is very sturdy. The pull up bar isnโt necessarily for taller people but itโs perfect size for my wife who is 5โ4. If I had one complaint and itโs not a big compliant, I would have them to warn you of certain steps to skip in the rack assembly if youโll be attaching the pulley system so that you donโt have to go back and take certain things apart from the power rack in order to put on the pulley system. It was no biggie deal though but it could be useful. The product is definitely worth the money

Long Process; check the price!
Price: I bought the cage + Lat pull-down in January for $589 + tax. You can currently get it (2/11/2021) for $449.00. I'm not sure why the $140 drop in price about a month after I bought it. Overall, the price is good for a well made and sturdy cage/lat pull-down. Order/Shipping: I ordered the power cage with lat pull-down January 4 and it was delivered January 12-13. When it shipped I received a tracking number. The lat pull-down was delivered on January 12 and after putting it together, I realized the box was just for the lat pull-down. I contacted the seller who advised the product arrives in 2-3 shipments via FedEx, but they only provide tracking information for one of the shipments. Assembly: The assembly wasn't too daunting. I think it would have taken much longer using the "tools" supplied. It went quicker with a ratchet set; there are a lot of bolts to tighten. A major hurdle to completing the assembly was that one of the pulleys for the lat pull-down was missing the middle shaft. I contacted the seller on January 14 and provided pictures and the part number I was missing. They replied on January 15 and advised the parts department would provide tracking information once the order had shipped. On January 21 I wrote the supplier again, as I had not received any information regarding the part shipping or the tracking information. They replied on January 22 that they were looking into it. I received the tracking information on January 25 and the part was delivered on January 29 (~25 days after my initial order). It was the poor communication by the company and lengthy process to obtain all parts to complete assembly of the unit that caused me to not give 5 stars. Use: The unit seems sturdy and well made. It looks nice. The lat pull-down functions well and smooth movements. Overall, it functions for all my needs. Adapter sleeves: The bars for the weights on the lat pull-down are 1". I was aware this when I bought the unit (it says it under the description that these were not included). I reviewed the Fitness Reality website and they provide 1" to 2" olympic adapter sleeves as a gift, but do not have them for sale on their website. I wrote them about obtaining these but they never replied. I contacted the seller I bought the unit from, Good Merchant USA, on 1/28 and asked about these adapter sleeves and if I could buy them, since the "gift" noted on the Fitness Reality website did not come with the unit I bought from them. They responded the same day that they would look into and get back to me. I didn't hear anything and so I wrote them again on 2/10 and they replied on 2/11 that they do not sell or supply adapter sleeves. In review of other comments, the replies were to "search Amazon for this product." I have not yet bought any. So far, I just put my 2" plates on the 1" bars with the clamps and it seems to be okay/stable. If I end up finding something, I'll update this.

Works great
Really great product on all fronts - I got both the rack and the lat pulldown attachment. I'm 6'4 and this works just fine. Feet hit from hanging on pullup bar but not a bid deal at all. Easy to assemble although it can take a little while (best to have a socket set and another person), and the lat pulldown attachment adds more assembly time too. The assembly instructions/labeling/diagrams are some of the best I've ever seen. The lat pulldown attachment is a really nice addition and is great for home workouts; it comes with a 1 inch plate holder but 2 inch plates still fit (just a little shaky) - you can also purchase a 2 inch adapter or get creative. The only thing that could be better is if they added another rack attachment for the bar b/c you pretty much have to dedicate the safety bars to a certain position for the knee holders for the lat pulldown. It's quite sturdy doesn't seem to rock, although I don't max out on weight these days. It's everything I was looking for and seems like its a great company that takes pride in their product!

Ahh self assembly required, we meet again
Ok I bought the cage plus lat pull down assembly together and as far as delivery and packaging is concerned it was all good. No issues with the parts and everything looked to be in really good condition (no scratches or missing parts). Assembly was not difficult but it will take the better part of an afternoon. Instructions were easy and I would highly recommend using 2 ratcheting socket wrenches (as I recall itโs 11/16th I think? But donโt hold me to it). They give you all the tools you need but you should def use a socket wrench for the job. Assembling the cage is pretty easy. Assembling the lat pull down is easy too, but when you do both back to back itโs a bit of a workout. I did it alone so it can be done but you have to be a bit creative on certain steps where 2 ppl would be best. There was one step where it asks you if your cage model number is so and so to do so and so....mine wasnโt but it was very close so I scratched my head at that page for a good 5mins. Bunch of YouTube vids on assembly so I recommend you watch if you havenโt gotten the pkg yet. The main tip I saw in the vids was when they mentioned the bottom cross bar of the cage needs to be removed for the lat pull down assembly. Saved me a few mins by skipping that step. Love the whole setup and look forward to using it twice then letting it collect dust in my garage ๐. Nah I hope I continue to use it as much as I am now. No complaints.

Nice setup for a home gym.
Great sturdy cage and smooth lat pull down setup. Ordered it and came super fast. Instructions are very thorough and all the bolts are clearly labeled. An extra pair of hands is definitely helpful. It comes with wrenches for assembly but I highly recommend at the very least a socket set. I used an impact driver and zipper through it. Took me a good 4 hours to setup but thatโs just being meticulous. The steel is solid and the powder coating is good enough for a home gym. A few blemishes but nothing major. Welds look good (time will tell but first impressions are good). The pull-up bar is excellent. The lat pull down is smooth. Oil is included too. Overall I am pleased and impressed with the setup.

Power rack with pulley
Arrived quickly and all pieces were individually wrapped in protective bubble wrap and cardboard caps. I ordered this power rack after purchasing a similar rack & pulley from Synergee, which arrived with entire sections missing and the steel was covered in rust and sand. Iโm glad the first rack didnโt work out because the Fitness Reality rack is of much better quality. The steel is a thicker gauge and the lat pull down & lower row bar are bigger with nicer hand grips. The rack feels sturdy and fits perfectly in my basement gym. Iโm very satisfied with my purchase. Tip: if purchasing rack with the pulley system, be sure to read both assembly instruction booklets before starting. Otherwise you will have to go back a few steps to remove the lower brace and loosen all of the bolts in order to install the lower bar that holds the pulley wheel in place.

Best fitness item I have ever bought
It took a 1/2 a day for me to set it all up, but I did it solo, it wasn't to complicated. It's very sturdy, the LAT pulldown works great. You will also need to buy a bench, an Olympic bar, and a set of Olympic weights. I already had a set of the old type of weights with the small holes. They worked perfectly for the LAT pulldown attachment. I also bought the dip bar attachments. Once I had everything set up I was able to do bench press\lat pulldown\reverse curls\upward rowing\curls\dips\chin-ups\....

Good value
It's great value and seems to be quite sturdy. I would recommend getting extra J-hooks because the ones they include aren't very good. I was curious how long it takes to assemble so I timed it. Starting from a closed box it took me 1hr 47mins to assemble the cage. I did it alone but I had a ratchet to help. Make sure you don't forget to add the brackets when you're attaching the chin-up bar and the stability bars... you will have to go back and take it apart.

Great value
Itโs surprisingly good for the money. I like the height. Iโm 5โ9 and can do pull-ups on it and it still fits in my basement. The last pull attachment does make the footprint bigger than I wanted but I was able to make it work.
