What are the dimensions of the box?

The AAA box is ~3" x 2" and the AA box is ~3.75" x 2.25"

Say you have this partly full of batteries and shake it upside down.Do the batteries stay in position or do they roll around and touch one another?

The boxes come with a little plastic divider - that you can put in any spot inside the box. If you put all batteries on one side of the divider then they cannot roll around.

How many storage boxes are included? Pictures show 4, but I've learned to not trust pictures, item description only states how many batteries included

In this case, the picture is worth 1,000 words ... you get a total of 4 boxes (2 boxes sized for AA and 2 boxes sized for AAA). I've been happy with mine, makes for a lot better storage than a torn open blister pack from the store.

Will rechargable 18650 fit in these?

No of course not. 18650 batteries are MUCH larger than AA or AAA. AA batteries are 14.5mm X 48mm. 18650 batteries are 18mm x 65mm (18 65 0)
