What is the frequency for this circuit, and do you have recommendation on a housing?

the frequency is about 100khz to 200khz range, at moment, we don't design a housing for them Kind regards

Is there any way to step up output voltage to 14 volts?

It has a step up knob built in on the receiver side circuit board. I’m running mine at 14.6 VDC right now.
