its great material and holds the the zero well, and the overall quality of the scope is amazing. I love how clear it is while changing the magnification and how well it functions. the size is perfect. and one more thing the focus range feels as if its unlimited.

I just received this today. I purchased the CLive 3x9x40 with the 11mm mounts. I put it on a Gamo Silent Cat .177 cal air pellet rifle. The mounts were right for this gun and I was impressed with the quality of the scope and the mounts for the money. I mounted it on my rifle and luckily when I went to sight it I’m it was very close. I only had to adjust it up just a tad. I have got several black birds this afternoon with it. It is pretty clear. I have a few Nikon scopes on other center fire rifles and this is no Nikon but for the money I would recommend this scope. Also the clicks on the windage and elevation are nice. This is a pretty nice scope for a 22 rifle or pellet gun. I am happy with my purchase. I only gave 4 stars because it is no Nikon but a very nice scope for $33.99

This scope is amazing for the price. A review by " Kristina " was exactly the experience I had receiving this optic. Her review is accurate. I honestly don't know how it arrived as it did in perfect working order, but it did. You should see the photos to make your own determinations. It is working absolutely perfectly thus far. I haven't shot the 40+ year old Marlin model 60 .22 LR yet ( I will blame it on my late house mate Gary - bull in a china shop kinda guy, he ruined the original factory sights ), so I will be updating this review then. Also, I want to mention all the included items it arrived with. The 11mm scope rings and the lense cleaning cloth.

scope arrived quickly. I wasn't able to get to the range until 2 weeks ago to zero it in. it zeroed fine but I was pretty extreme left on the windage. I spoke with customer service and received a prompt and agreeable solution. couldn't be happier with the customer service. not only that I'm holding zero for over 100 shots on a nitro piston.22. good and clear optic. zeroed at 30 yards, I have my elevation turret marked for 50yd.

After I took it to the range a couple of times (1) the focus ring no longer worked—not that it worked well initially (like another reviewer I had to use a wrench to loosen it); and (2) the Picatinny retention screws kept coming loose (another use for the wrench). Finally, it’s nearly impossible to see 22 holes at 50 yards even with the scope at maximum power. At $30 it’s a real bargain and a great starter scope. But I’ll now replace it with a better one.

Update: 5-13-2017 I mounted one of these on my Remington Tyrant XPG. Remington Tyrant XGP Air Rifle air rifle WOW! Absolutely great results. Turned it into a tack driver. Update: 3 of 4 scopes still going strong on springer's. Amazon let me return the bad one, no problem. CVLife even contacted me to get more information about the problem. First class customer service. Update: 3-5-17 Hatsan Edge lost accuracy, Something inside the scope has come loose, rattles when you shake it. Not good. Will have to see how they handle the problem. Magnum springers are brutal on scopes. Will adjust rating again if response is appropriate Update: I purchased a second one to replace the original scope on a new Remington Tyrant 22 cal. Great gun, horrible original scope. I popped off the old scope and dropped the new one in the existing mounts. Burned up 5 pellets getting the new one roughly sited in. Wow that was easy! The last target was shot on my crude indoor 10 meter range. I am going to order 2 more. They are a huge improvement over 4 x 32 scopes supplied with both my Remington 22's and even the slightly better one on the Ruger177 Blackhawk. This scope survived a couple of weeks and several hundred shots on my Magnum springer Hatsan 125, a rifle that destroyed the scope that came with it in a week. The Hatsan shoots standard 7.4 gr. lead pellets at 1250 FPS. No B.S. I crono'd mine and was amazed to see those velocities. To reach those velocities that rifle has a very heavy spring rate, cocking force and produces massive forward recoil. After Hatsan (great company) sent me a replacement scope I moved the CVLife scope to my 17 Cal Benjamin Maximus, all is well. It survived the Hatsan 125, it can survive anything. It was unaffected by its life on the ultimate scope killer Hatsan 125. It isn't perfect but it is a great value at its price point. On its new home, the Maximus it should have a long and easy virtually recoilless life. It still shoots one hole 5 shoot groups at 10 meters. I have not had a chance to use it outside. When it is minus 3 and the wind chimes are horizontal pointing east it is not good conditions to do accuracy testing outdoors. Gets a little fuzzy at higher powers and needs to be refocused, but hey, if you want one that doesn't, get out your wallet. I just leave mine on 3 power. For varmint control it is all I need. I love it.

Outstanding scope for the cost, installed on a Rem BDL 700 30-06 and works like a dream. Now I need to get another one for my other rifles.

BY JOVE! This scope is magnificent! I am very pleased with the quality and build of this scope! Smashed my expectations by a landslide. I comes in a MASSIVE BOX ... well my one did anyway. At least I have a box for my cat to play in. The cardboard box is sturdy,clean and un damaged. You could see that care had been taken to deliver this package! Also a point, it was delivered on a Sunday ... I KNOW RIGHT...SUNDAY. So I was very impressed! VERY impressed. The scope is very clear and fits nicely to my L96 Airsoft sniper. One thing do say is, do not use the scope cover while looking from a dark area to a light area, use the cover only when in well lit areas.

Very good for the money
