I am in love with this little knife. For many years, I had a nice serrated paring knife, but it bit the dust a few years ago, and I haven’t managed to replace it. I bought a much more expensive non-serrated paring knife, which I hate. The blade does not hold it’s sharpness and becomes dull quickly and easily, thus rendering it rather useless to me, other than the point, which is useful for piercing things like packaging and pill bottle seals (hate those!). Decided to see what I could find here and found this little wonder. It’s lightweight, fits well in my hand, is very sharp, and does the job nicely, and for a very reasonable price. I’d buy it again in a heartbeat!

This is an excellent, well priced kitchen knife. My mother gave one to me one year and it quickly became a knife I used daily...for years. My knife drawer is minimal: every knife needs to earn its keep and is well-maintained. The serrated blade on this paring knife works well with many fruits and vegetables. It is very sharp, so caution is needed when new. I will continue to buy these as needed--and give them for gifts to the cooks I know-- as long as Victorinox manufactures them!

Pound for pound, these knives are excellent. I would gladly have this as my desert-island knife. Very sharp! You could probably slice through Mars with this, though I’m happy to use it to make quick work of a baguette, tomato, apple, etc. Mine have survived years of being thrown in the dishwasher as well.

Broke the same one I had for years, bought a new one so glad l did, never realized The old one had become dull even though it still worked fine, the new one is great, have other knives this brand they always perform

I read somewhere that serrated paring knives were the best so I decided to try. This knife is very, very sharp and seems to be staying that way. I've used it for peeling ginger, potatoes and apples. Very good: If anything, a bit agressive so you need to pay attention. Slices beautifully. I bought a second one right away and put away a few paring knives that I've suffered with for years.

Quality knife. I have used this brand knife for 30 years. But, as a senior now, I wish they had a better/safer handle. I love them so much, I put rubber bands on the handles.

These knives (at least the older versions) stay sharp for YEARS. We needed replacements, because ours had dwindled in number over time, so we wanted more for our kitchen. They have more than doubled in price since our last purchase, and quality seems poorer. They work well, and they ARE sharp, but I am not expecting years of use as we got in the past.

The serrated blade can’t be sharpened but never seems to need it. Excellent knife.

An excellent knife with little flex excellent for tomatoes, onions and such. The point is also sharp enough to draw blood from your thumb when making a chicken curry. Great value.

A beast of a knife . I can say that this knife is one the best knife i have used for a long long time. And the longivity of sharpness after using on hard and rough cutting and edging is best in the catagory i havent sharped the knife almost 3 years now and its still going yes it became slightly dull but the way the knife is designed it can still pack a punch for cutting vegetables and etc. Cutting accuracy is pin point Performance is way above expectation. Efficiency is 10/10
