I had quit working out for a year and when I went back I overdid it and got the ‘t-rex arms’ where I couldn’t stretch them back out or hardly move. Drank this and went to bed and my arms repaired overnight to where I could function. You really don’t need a lot of this drink just a few sips will really get you going. Definitely noticed an energy boost every time I drink this. Tastes pretty good too

We love this brand. We bought the raspberry lemonade. It tastes really good. Not super sweet and very smooth. I mix it with several other things like spirulina, L-arginine and beet juice as a pre workout and it still tastes pretty pleasant. I believe it helps masks some of other flavors in my mix. It's not gritty like a lot of other brands. This is our second purchase.

Title says it all really. Great ingredient list to my limited knowledge. Taste has a very, very strong artificial sweetener taste in my opinion, I've only drank one serving but will likely put half a scoop for 16 ounces rather than the full scoop it recommends. Equals out to roughly $1 and some change per serving (if you do one scoop per 16 oz serving) which isn't bad when you consider a regular bottle of water or coke costs $1 to $2. Water being bland and boring and coke being much more unhealthy for you, this seems like a reasonable investment to me if you want something with flavor. Though I always hate spending money on this sort of stuff when I can drink tap water for basically free and can just get over it not having any flavor.

Supplement profile is what you dream of as a lifter. However, the flavor is a nightmare. Smells like diet cotton candy, tastes like chemical concoction that you think will make you sick. I couldn't get past one serving and had to throw the entire tub in the garbage. Extremely sad.

The Strawberry Lemon Bomb is "The Bomb" in flavor. I drink this while working out and keeps me refreshed throughout the workout, and keeps the fatigue at-bay. The flavor is a bit sweet, and a bit tart which is equally balanced. I just love it!
