These stuffing balloons are transparent.

Are these balloons seamless? how stretchable are they at the mouth.

Yes the balloons are seamless. When I purchased them in 2017, they were great! I have used them for various occasions and only one broke. The others have turned out beautifully. I have a balloon filling/stuffing machine that has a 4 1/2 inch stretching ring that holds the mouth of the balloon open while I stuff items into the balloon that I can blown up to 18 inches. Most small and medium sized stuffed animals can be squeezed into the ring.

Can I fill them up with helium?

Yes....but be careful and u dont need much
