Better tasting water.
Easy to install, well packaged , good information from supplier/ manufacturer. Filters have. Ade a difference to to taste of cold water. Limescale residue has dropped significantly in the kettle and coffee machine. We’re satisfied with our purchase.

Great filter system works brilliantly. Easy to fit, took about 30 minutes. Had slight issue with tap and had a very quick replacement turnaround, customer services were fantastic. Now enjoying really great tasting filtered water.

Looks good but...
Wasn't totally clear from the listing that you HAVE to connect it to the supplied extra "filter tap" - it cannot be plumbed in to the existing water line to your existing tap

I'm really pleased with it! After a few days for the tiny bubbles (which made the water look cloudly at first) the water is noticeably improved over our tap water supply and it's now my go-to source for drinking water. No more expensive bottled water, no more plastic waste! So good I bought a second one for our office. There was a small broken connector when it arrived but I'm still giving 5 stars as the customer service was excellent and they got me a replacement part very quickly

Very ry disappointed
There are many issues with the filter. It does not filter my water when I tested it from the beginning it has been the same as my tap water. I’m not happy and very disappointed with this product. I have tried to contact the seller but it doesn’t let me to access and say my problem they said that it has guaranty but it is not any way to contact them
