I’m really impressed with this grass seed — it’s come through thick, lush, and a lovely healthy green. It’s made a huge difference to my lawn and filled in patches far better than I expected. The key thing I found is keeping the soil consistently moist, especially in the early stages. As long as you don’t let it dry out, the seeds establish quickly and grow evenly. Overall, great quality seed with excellent results. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to improve their lawn.

I’ve bought this grass seed several times now and have always been impressed with how quickly it grows. I started seeing new grass within a few days and this is the latest patch I have had to fill in after 2 weeks, we are trying to level the grass we have, and it really helped fill in patchy areas and improve the look of our lawn. The grass grows thick, green, and feels hard-wearing enough to cope with regular use. It’s also been great with pets around. Easy to use, low maintenance, and reliable results every time. I’ll definitely keep buying it.

The box is ideal for sowing effectively! No issues but it doesn't germinate any faster than most as far as I could tell. The grass has taken well and growing vigorously but I've stayed off it as much as possible for the last 2 months or so.

Had an area of shingle on top of a membrane, about 10 square meters we inherited when we moved to our house. We researched whether to use seed or turf. Locally turf would have cost around £100 so we opted for seed. We cleared the site, we didn't know what the soil was like under the membrane so we thought we'll just suck it and see. We dug the land over to a depth of around a foot and mixed in some Miracle Grow all-purpose compost, just to give the grass seed a helping hand. Laid the slabs on a cement base. Raked the area well and seeded the soil and gently raked again, shallow burying some of the seed. It was Spring when I started so I watered well twice a day on warm days and once on cooler days. On day 9 we started to see the brown shoots appearing, germination was quick. Within the next week we had short grass covering most of the seeded area, and with in 7 weeks it looked like it does in the picture, lush and green. What a total success costing just £33 for seed and compost. I highly recommend this seed, great value for money, quick growing and looks great. Just a word to the wise, we had to buy netting, the damned pigeons love the grass seed.

I ordered this wanting some grass fast in my newly landscaped garden and saw from quickly glancing at reviews that it does indeed grow fast! After 2 weeks the area was looking wonderfully green a little coarser than I’d prefer but hey it was growing very well! What I didn’t realise (like an idiot) was that the grass would keep growing FAST!!! This stuff is like it’s on steroids and needs cutting virtually every week which is not suitable for me being disabled, I find it very expensive to maintain sadly. Please take this as a warning unless you want to be cutting your lawn every week or two then avoid.

Was getting worried by day 9 after sewing the lawn seed both in large patches but also sprinkling. Then it began appearing the next day! Over two weeks later I am delighted with the growing grass.

I always use this brand of seed. This was recomended to me by a friend. It gives fairly good coverage. The appearance is good and stong and seems to blend in with the rest of the grass after a while. Sometimes takes a while to germinate (depending on outdoor conditions and watering). Be patient. You do get value for money and good coverage out of the contents in the box. It is simple to use. I will use this again and have done several times. Just find some way of keeping the birds away and you will not go far wrong!

Sehr gute Rasensamen! Die Nachsaat hat hervorragend funktioniert, die Samen keimen schnell und gleichmäßig. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit war ein deutlich dichterer und kräftiger Rasen zu sehen. Die Abdeckung von ca. 84 m² passt realistisch, und die Qualität macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Ideal für Nachsaat und Ausbesserungen – klare 5 Sterne und absolute Empfehlung!
