This cream works great! Put it on muscles that are sore and it will make it feel better. I have carpal tunnel that flares up sometimes and this cream is the only thing that helps it to stop hurting. My husband does drywall and his wrist and shoulders get sore and he loves this cream.

(now called Rudach) this product contains Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) and glucosamine, although this product contains glucosamine HCL instead of glucosamine sulfate. Additionally, this product contains Cetyl Myristoleate, a controversial ingredient (look it up on wikipedia) and peppermint. While you would think the peppermint would add a pleasant smell, it does not; I found the smell of this product to be slightly unpleasant when compared to Penetrex. Also, the color of this product is brown, compared to Penetrex's white, which might make a difference when it comes to stains. That said, this product appears to be equally effective compared to Penetrex and to act just as quickly. Additionally, both products appear to require only a thin application to be effective. Since the price of this product is substantially lower than that of Penetrex, that might be the deciding factor. In my case, I sought relief due to a slipped disk and painful joints. Both this product and Penetrex provided relief. Additionally, I am taking Member's Mark - Glucosamine HCl 1500 mg + MSM 1500 mg, 250 Tablets , which has also proven quite effective at reducing pain when I go to the gym.

Love the Kala MSM products but originally purchased this for minor case of carpal tunnel. Yeah, it works but could not stand the musty glycerine smell. Flash forward a year and I was in agony with sciatica —incredible searing from butt to foot! omg! Went to ER—put me on steroids & Oxycodin —zero pain relief—nothing would touch the pain. Saw this in the cupboard & thought wth? Rubbed this up and down my side and within minutes started to get some relief!! I can’t believe it!! I’ve been rubbing this in every few hours and I can’t believe the difference it’s making!! It’s not curing it. At least this is letting me get some sleep !! Thank you, Thank you!!

smells good and feels nice as a massage tool but found little effect for my knee joint pain. Probably best for muscle soreness.

I was recently diagnosed with costochondritis, and was dealing with a lot of constant pain. I bought this cream because I didn't want to have to rely so heavily on medication. I am happy to report that it has been working like a charm! By using the cream everyday, I have been able to stop taking ibuprofen. Initially I used it twice a day, but now have gone down to only once a day. I also started supplementing with ginger and turmeric, and all of these in conjunction seems to be a winning combination. It is true what other reviewers have said about the tint - it will leave a stain if you apply and immediately get dressed. I put it on immediately after getting out of the shower, so that it can dry before I get fully dressed. I have not had any problems with staining. I highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from joint pain.

Ich bin zufällig bei Recherchen im Internet auf dieses Produkt gestoßen. Obwohl es bisher erst 3 Rezessionen gibt, wagte ich den Versuch, bestellte diese Creme und benutze sie erst seit ein paar Tagen. Ich habe es nicht bereut. Zweimal am Tag reibe ich meine Knien ein und langsam werden die Schmerzen wendiger. Ich bin positiv überrascht. Die Creme ist sehr teuer, aber da man nur eine kleine Menge für das Eincremen benötigt, wird sie sehr lange reichen. Ich kann sie weiter empfehlen.

Ich wende diese Creme erst seit einer knappen Woche an und kann deshalb kein abschließendes Urteil abgeben. Aber meine wenigen Erfahrungen sind sehr positiv. Ich benutze die Creme gegen Gelenkschmerzen im Sprunggelenk (schwere Arthrose; medizinische Indikation: Versteifung des Sprunggelenks) und gegen eine Arthrose im Knie (Anfangsstadium, aber mit deutlichen Schmerzen). Ich verspüre schon seit der kurzen Anwendung dieser Creme eine deutliche Reduzierung der Schmerzen in beiden Gelenken und deutlich weniger Steifheit beim morgendlichen Aufstehen. Ich versuche viel, um der Arthrose entgegen zu wirken (Nahrungs-Ergänzungsmittel; Schmerzmittel so wenig wie möglich) Ein wirklich schnelles Ergebnis glaube ich seit Anwendung dieser Creme zu spüren. Ich werde sie sicher weiter verwenden und weiterempfehlen, auch wenn ich weiß, dass jeder anders auf ein Produkt reagiert. Mir hilft diese Creme wirklich.

Die Creme ist in Ordnung und wurde punktlich geliefert. Leider hat sie bislang keine offensichtliche Wirkung auf meine Arthitis gehabt. Das muss natürlich nicht unbedingt an der Creme liegen. Der eine Punkt Abzug ist also nicht dafür, sondern weil Chrondroitin zwar auf dem Front Label darauf steht, aber nicht bei den Bestandteilen hinten aufgeführt wird. Der Grund, weshalb das mir wichtig ist, besteht darin, dass ich als Vegetarier nämlich wissen will, wo die Chrondroitin herkommt. Normalerweise wird sie mW aus Krebstieren gewonnen. Ist da also Chrondroitin dabei oder nicht? Ich hoffe nicht, weiß es aber nicht.

Will man nur einen Neuanfang? Mit neuer Verpackung ohne Hinweis doch wieder verfügbar?! Ich würde es noch einmal probieren. Wunder hat die Salbe nicht vollbracht, aufgrund des Preises hatte ich sie sehr sparsam verwendet.

Eine MSM Salbe wurde mir von meinem Orthopäden verordnet, als diese nicht erhältlich war, habe ich mich selbst nach so einem Produkt umgesehen und bin hier fündig geworden. Ich benutzte sie 2x täglich und sie ist super, klare Kaufempfehlung. Der hohe Preis schreckt ab, da die Dose ja wirklich klein ist, aber man soll ja auch punktuell auftragen, sie reicht lange.
