I've had this product for years now. For the most part, it is great, but occasionally my custom settings stop working and it's a pain to set it up again. There is no paper manual to troubleshoot it.

Not complaint with EMR, short lifespan
never completely worked with our EMR, so if your EMR requires this scanner, you probably have to buy it through your EMR vendor and not online. I should have done that because this thing stopped powering on completely after 6 months, apparently the warranty is only 30 days from the retailer. You would think it would last longer than that.

Great scanner
Bought a used one but I downloaded software and ran calibration sheet. I had it working in less than 45 min scans great. Image is clear and in color does both side of card at same time. Love it.

FANTASTIC SCANNER
I bought this scanner for a medical office and it provides clear, detailed images that I can scan directly into patient charts. It is worth the money and I am glad I got it.
