I love these, the added caffeine and vitamins makes them much better value in my opinion. Just don’t take with a strong coffee as you may get jitters like I did! I take these before my fastest walks. Well presented and certainly recommended.

Having tried the other ketones Amour offer I took advantage of the introductory offer along with cla and garcinia Cambogia. Not sure if there’s much difference between this and the ordinal bar the added vitamins. 100mg of caffeine per capsule doesn’t get me to jittery which makes a change. Like all diet pills got to complement them with a balanced diet and tweak the training to get through best out of them. Going to buy again.

Is not working they are lying also is making you feel more hungry and tired

Not sure if it works better than the original but with added caffeine and vitamins seems great value for money and compliments my supplement regime nicely!

Early days but seem good,easy to swallow,good value.

I am trying to budge my last bit of weight and I am and have been on a stick ketogenic diet. I took my first pill this morning. 2 hours later and I am shaking, feeling dizzy and have horrific stomach cramps with numerous trips to the little girls room already! Maybe I am an unlucky one or maybe they are too harsh when not eating carbohydrates or high fat. I don't think I dare take another one at lunch so I won't be able to update on whether its a settling in phase but if I feel better and forget how I felt and do end up trying them again (you know how it is, the first baby wasn't that bad was it so lets have another?!) then I will update!
