EXCELLENT product - the best I have found ever
not kidding folks, and I'm not paid for this; don't know the company actually just thankful to other honest Amazon reviewers for the tips that prompted me to buy. I've suffered from leg cramps for a long time, often "thrown out of the bed" usually exactly during REM sleep, which is a real problem for your health. Tried lots of products and advice over the course of many years - couple of decades off/on. I do drink filtered water mostly, but no longer exclusively. I hit the gym 5 days per week on average and walk at least a mile rapidly mostly days in addition to cycle trainer and weight lifting. I do sweat a lot in the unbearable heat here, but I drink on average 2 litres of water per day my minimum, plus more in tea etc [NO coffee..., NO soda, just water and some hot tea]. Nothing ever worked. Nearly every magnesium thing on the market either makes my gut ill or simply does no good, including salts/oil rubs, aspercreme [a very good product but doesn't prevent cramps] etc. THIS WORKS. At first, I was getting disappointed thinking it was another hope-filled fail but I stayed at it for a few days then looked back and noticed I DIDN'T have nighttime or any other leg cramps for a couple days. I thought it was a fluke, maybe I just didn't get enough water that day or some other accident. My formula for daily water is about 2/3rds to 3/4 clean "zero" water [not the company, just double reverse osmosis water that has 0 TDS, no chems] plus the rest 'tap water' from my home which is softened [19 hardness from the source, zip in my internal], filtered through one big household GE carbon filter that removes most chlorine and a few other things, but leaves 95% of the solids so a fairly rich TDS number, and this product: in one litre I use around 20'ish drops... I don't measure precisely anymore but its in that zone. That's the end of cramps. I mean it sincerely MANY THANKS PRODUCER!! You have done your homework!

Convenient and effective
I really like the convenience of the drops. I bought the 4 oz. size with the dropper and then buy the more economical 18.6 oz. size for refills. These drops have served to stabilize my sodium levels without causing a harmful increase in my potassium.

Yes Salty, dry water is much better alternative
Yes salty....won't buy again. I much rather do dry water and get the electrolytes and other goodies

Good source of electrolytes
I have ordered multiple times. Good source of electrolytes if you are fasting or carnivore.

Perfect for water fasts
I fast pretty regularly and these fasting drops are ideal for keeping electrolytes regular during longer fasts but also work for shorter durations, without disrupting autophagy or other fasting processes. I rarely ever have trouble with palpitations or orthostatic hypotension when I'm using these minerals properly. Really have been a lifesaver and do not trigger any hunger as they are unflavored and do not contain any sugars. Use as directed and consult with health professionals before starting a fasting protocol.

Dangerously High Recommended Dose!
The recommended dose of one tablespoon is ABSURDLY too high. One Teaspoon is too high! A few drops is more than adequate. If you have kidney or heart issues, stop taking this supplement's recommended dose immediately. How you haven't been sued is a mystery.

My absolute go to!
When doing carnivore or keto these drops are fantastic for when youโre intermittent fasting you can really feel the difference when you have it with water alone

Helpful for fasting
Really helpful for fasting. I was worried about feeling ill when doing more extended fasts but these drops reassure me that I'm getting all the salt and minerals I need to feel well and relaxed about fasting.
