Easy, SHARP, painless and works for dermal piercings. I used a 2mm and used a 2mm ring. Got the rings off of Amazon to. Beats spending 100s of dollars on a piercing. Definitely recommend. It does only come with one. So the picture can be misleading. But it does do its job and is sharp. Can't beat the price.

It was so dull I had to push the biopsy punch against my bone for it to just puncture my skin. The overall time I spent trying to get the punch to penitrate my skin was triple the time I spend doing dermals. You're 200% better off buying from an actual medical supply place. 0/10

It came in a sterile package. I chose the smaller size it’s not very sharp you have to use a lot of force.

Worked great, dermal anchor went in no problems. It is suggested to use a 1.5mm punch and that gave me problems. 2mm Works great.
