Lovely, absolutely lovely.
The flow of ink from this disposable brush pen is the smoothest I've ever used. And the darkest ink. The nylon brush is nicely formed with no loose hairs and does not split, even when practicing calligraphy hooks as a beginner. How long it lasts depends entirely on your usage, how much ink you squeeze (this brush is pressure activated) and how dark you want whatever you're drawing. At the price of roughly $7 US, this is amazing!

Best Brush Pen EVERRRRRRRR!!!!
Friggin' love it! Seriously, this is easily my favorite brush pen, great grip, wonderful flow of ink and wonderfully dark and nooooooo distilled watery streaks like other brush pens!!! Highly recommend and urge any cartoonist or fellow comic book artists BUY THIS BRUSH, it's beyond worth the price!!!😎😎

All the way from Japan
I had the impression this pen would go from a fine line to a thick line, which would be fun for illustrations. I am not a professional, but found it difficult to get a fine line for my illustrations. It is fun, though it comes with no instructions. I had to go online to find out that I had to remove the plastic ring to make the ink flow and then I squeezed it and made a mess. All in all, it inexpensive and interesting.

FUN and SIMPLE!
I love these dip pens! They're so simple to use, and I've got tons of pretty colored inks to dip them in. This is lots of fun to use!

Very good quality.
I'm learning Japanese, including all of its Kanji and Katagana etc and these are neat for that. They're like a paintbrush pen, which is like nothing I can find in any of the stores here in America. Their quality is on another level.

Relax and draw.
This was recommended to me by my art teacher and I’m so glad I purchased it. I have a tendency to tense up when I’m drawing and this brush is helping me to learn to relax my grip and let the pen do the work. Excellent ink flow when you get the hang of it. My new favorite brush pen.

Good but not Great
This is the first pocket brush pen that I have tried, so I have little to compare it with. The feel of the brush is nice, and it delivered with fine line work and a dense, rich black. The packaging was fine but was written in Japanese but the basics (in pictures) were there. And by basics, I mean you need to remove the yellow ring to get the ink flowing. The first time I used it, the flow was good. After that, even with a lot of squeezing and vigorous shaking, I could never get a good ink flow. After the first use, the brush provided more of a drybrush technique. I have seen other reviewers say that the flow is great, so this just may be an anomaly. If you are looking for a pocket brush, I'd say it is worth a try.

使いやすいです
初めて使う時は、液の調整にコツがいります(液を押し出すとき慎重に)。 それ以外は使いやすいです。 墨液なのがよい。 効力の面からも護符作りをする方には特におすすめです。

cheap-as-chips way to expand your artist toolset
Having previously owned some second-hand Kuretake spirit markers (chisel tip markers for product design/design renderings) and being in the market for a brush pen (even though I didn't really completely know what that meant previously), I decided that this product was good enough for my needs - I really just wanted to get my hands on another brush pen. I did not realise however, what a 'real' brush pen was, and for the miniscule price point of this pen was pretty happy to see individual bristles and an actual ink-feeding system (there is an intermediate chamber between the cartridge and nib but I cannot really work out if it is gravity fed or not, I sometimes have to squeeze ink from the cartridge into the chamber to get things moving again). Like my previous Kuretake spirit markers the flow rate of these pens is very high - obviously I have no metric against which to compare, but if you are not careful you can be putting down some pretty heavy lines when chamber has a decent amount of ink in it. This has it's advantages though, and for someone like who is often trying to figure out the human form from imagination it is pretty useful as the startling immediacy of the line means you have to lean into sketches full tilt and take no prisoners with marks. For £3.50 personally I don't think anyone really has an excuse to skip buying this pen, even if it is only for occasional use. As for the brush pen aficionado who wants to know if this offers something different I can't really say as this is my 1st. What I will say is I got a cool little origami crane with it, and because I didn't check where it was shipping from I didn't realise it would take a long time to get to the uk (I believe it was about a week)
