Walls Men's Super Duck Lined Vest

This is a fairly thick vest for active use in temps between 25-50 degrees F with appropriate layering. Thoughtfully designed with two large interior pockets (one zippered, one velcro), a zippered exterior breast pocket that fits a large cell phone or glasses, two partially lined exterior hand pockets that have their openings at an angle so your hands fit comfortably but still keep items from easily falling out, and a thin reflective strip across the chest. It also has a long tail that keeps the cold out when bending over. I am 6'-0" tall, 170 lbs, 33" waist and usually wear a 40 suit jacket. The medium fit great...not too boxy, tight enough to keep the cold winds at bay, but large enough to layer a sweatshirt or sweater underneath. This vest is rugged looking but more stylish than many other duck exterior, sherpa-lined vests. Overall, this vest is a great value and I highly recommend it.

The color (black) was just right, the fit was a tad large but not bad, and it is very warm. I like the pockets, deep and easy to get things into and out of. Hand pockets are warm and very comfortable to put hands in on cold days. I was very surprised at how warm it is, I have worn this on days down to 20 degrees and it has kept me warm (and I am the type of person who gets cold easily). It looks nice, I have received many compliments on it already. Overall I can find nothing I do not like about this, and by the way the zipper on this is very nice, not cheap. Love the vest would recommend to anyone....and everyone.

Better than a Carhartt. And the zipper works too.

Great vest - fits well, comfortable, warm, pockets in the right place. The only - and MAJOR - drawback is a cheap, cheap, zipper. It is a hassle to zip up and zip down - zipper sticks! Materials or labor?? For a couple of bucks more ($65 rather than $56) a gquality zipper that doesn't catch or bind could have been added.

I am very impressed with this vest. I am 6'4" tall and weigh around 195, so I am pretty tall and slim. I generally fit right between a medium-tall and a large-tall with my chest measuring around 43 and my waist at 34. Because I am sort of between two sizes, I often have to vary between manufacturers which size I get. I ordered this vest with some hesitation because for whatever reason vests seem to have large variation in sizing. The large-tall fit me perfectly. It has a small amount of wiggle room, but not so much that I get a draft up my back. I usually wear a vest with only a long sleeve button up "dress style" shirt or a light flannel and this works perfect for that. A thicker undershirt like a hoodie or a sweatshirt would be pretty tight. The fleece lining in the body of the vest is the shorter/denser style which is much more comfortable to me that the longer style that I usually see on vests like Carhartt. The outer pockets are lined with a light fleece that makes them very warm and comfortable. The neck area is also lined with this light fleece which is much more comfortable than many of the unlined necks in other vests. Pocketing arrangement is simple and effective with two "hand" pockets, a left chest pocket, and a pocket on each of the interior sides. I can't speak overall to the durability because I only just received it, but the construction looks solid with clean double stitching at most edges. It is clear that the manufacturer of this vest thought about many of the small items that make it more comfortable and user friendly while still being durable and clean looking. The cost is reasonable comparted to other manufacturers. Very impressed.

This is the second Walls Super Duck vest I purchased, first one from Amazon. In windy, NW Wyoming, this is a perfect vest to maintain core body temperature and not being bound up with a heavy winter jacket. My wife and I walk outdoors in all kinds of weather and this vest along with a hat and gloves is all I need to keep warm and comfortable.

Bought this for my hubby for Christmas, as an upgrade to an old fleece vest he’s been wearing in the winter. Decided on this one based on the reviews, (the pocket being a high pro) and it did not disappoint! He is 5’11, around 170lbs and 32 waist. It was surprisingly good looking! It’s stiffer than he is used to, but that was day one, so I’ll update after it gets broken in. He likes that it’s a snugger type fit but he can still move around in it. He said “this is suuper nice babe!” Haha, win! Now he can do more outside stuff and stay warm without having a bulky coat on. So far, definitely recommend!

The fit is excellent. Pockets on the inside which are great. The out side pockets have a soft liner around the pocket which is very soft. I really like the material on the inside of the vest, very soft. Great vest and better than a carhartt and a lot cheaper in cost but not value. I am very happy with my purchase. Some folks complained about the zipper breaking, mine was a little rough to zip up but after a little candle wax it’s very smooth.

Thought I was buying a quality vest but the stitching was subpar, threads everywhere. It looked like it was someone first day on the job when they made this. The size was tighter than expected. 190lbs and 6' and it was a pretty tight fit, especially in the upper part and around the neck. Returning it...very disappointed especially reading all the positive reviews.

I ordered this for my dad , it was suppose to be for Christmas, when he tried it on he absolutely loved it , nice heavy zipper , well stitched, nice and warm , I loves it and I'm completely satisfied, thankyou ❤️

My size is L but the size of this vest is L plus. It is nice looking, has many pockets and warms me very well. Good value for money.
