The Infinity Kappa 6x8"/5x7" coaxial speakers sound excellent, exactly as you’d expect from the Kappa line. Love these, sound great and were a good value! I recommend buying the factory wiring adapters here on Amazon, it made this install super easy! I know you don't "have to have" the adapters, but it was so nice!

So, after a USPS delivery mishap that amazon made right, I finally got my delivery. These are really nice. I read a lot of reviews before choosing these to replace the stock speakers in my 2007 F150 supercrew. I already had some Kicker KS for the back doors, so these went in the front. Install was...not complicated but took a litte extra work. I had to dremel off some of the mounting brackets that stick out from these kappas or they would not fit into the space in the front doors. Kind of a pain. Oh well, no biggie. Also, I ordered the wiring harness for these, but because the kappa are screw type connections, I had to strip the end of the wiring harness to make it work with these speakers. Again, not a huge deal. Once in, they sound great, a major improvement over the stock speakers. I am currently using the stock radio but that will be upgraded next and I assume these speakers will only sound better. Everything I researched said to get an amp and sub with these. I won't lie, they do sound really decent for not having an amp or sub, but if you really want to rock out, you can just tell these things are screaming to have more power from an amp that my stock radio can handle. If you don't want all that, these are still really great solid speakers, you will not be disappointed because they are still way better than stock. I may swap out the kickers in the back with these as well . I haven't decided. Over all, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. I don't think you can do any better for just simply swapping the stock speakers out.

The Infinity kappas proved to be a good decision on deciding which 6'8 door speakers to buy. It was a hard struggle between alpine and kappas. Both had the specs I needed but the kappas only won because of the 2ohms power handling. Very pleased with the purchase and will purchase again if need be. 5 stars. Update - 10/5/2019 This update is inform anybody wondering about the true performance of these infinity kappa speakers. i bought the kappas over JBL, Alpine, Skar, Rockford, kicker, and any other brand that sold 6x8 speakers. i did this based on specs alone but the audio quality of the product was riding on just a gut feeling. It has been about 4 years since my first purchase and let me tell you the audio quality ended up over shadowing the reasons why i chose the infinity kappas in the first place. The specs are just a side dish, the quality of the music production is the main mean. i highly recommend these speakers to any music lover who loves true audio quality in their car and who is not trying to shake everything from here to the airport. Well here i am again buying another set of the Infinity KAPPA 682.11cf speakers i could had bought the newer version but these right here are special. the only infinity kappa 6x8 speaker that is 100 watts rms at 2ohms and a sensitivity rating of 94dbs. the newer version is only 60 watts rms, that cant work for me. The next best option would be the JBL GTO Stadium 6x8 speakers when i absolutely cannot find these infinity kappa speakers anymore.

I recently installed these in all four doors of an F150 Supercrew, and they are a huge improvement over the factory speakers...although that's not a huge hurdle for any aftermarket speaker, given the cheap speakers most stock stereos employ. I can only compare these to two previous installs I did on other cars, one with Polk Audio 2-ways and one with Alpine Type-Rs. I would rate these as substantially better than the Polks, and on par with the Type-Rs. The Type-Rs probably had better high-range and tighter mid-range response, but these Infinitys put out better low-range sound that the Alpines did. I still supplement with a stout subwoofer, but the sub was an absolute necessity with the Alpines, whereas it's more of a bonus with these Kappas.

Nice speakers that handle some power without popping off.Great sound and price

I'm not exactly an audiophile but I do appreciate high quality audio products and could not live with the factory stereo system in my 2011 F150. The first step to upgrading the system was to replace the factory speakers with these. After they were installed I was pleased with the sound quality even with the stereo head unit being so poor. What I didn't expect was how these speaks would "break-in" and sound even better with time. I found myself surprised every few days with how these speakers just really seem to open up more and more! Easy install. Heavy feel to them. Couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Sounded great when they worked. Had no more than 200 watts combined (100 watts per speaker) driving these and the components around the connectors melted ruined the speakers. As soon as it happened I didn't make any changes to my amplifier and checked the wattage output when I got home to make sure I wasn't overpowering them. I tried to contact their cutomer support and did get a response.... That they would pass the word on and see if they would honor a warranty replacement. Didn't receive a response back. A week later I emailed them again. No response. Just gave up with that because I knew it was gonna be a bigger headache.

If you want sound quality speakers get these... I've ran a few pioneers in the past and can say that these kappas are different and surpases pioneer when the volume increases,once my volume knob goes to 25/35 on my kenwood head unit my ear bleeds that's how loud they get for real lol.The bass is ok and punchy but not great like the pioneer D-SERIES TS-D68f give you some lows feeling like you got a mini sub but that thing was missing some mids and highs and was focus on bass .You will only hear the difference once you add an aftermarket 4 channel amp to give these speakers the power they need since these are rated at 100 watts (Rms). Keep in mind that aftermarket Head units like kenwood/pioneer etc usually give about 22 clean watts each before distorting so once you give them the 100 watts you'll hear some notes in songs you've never heard before
