I have repurchased this Bulletproof MCT oil many times because I won’t start my day without it! I take 2 tsp (max dosage is 1TBSP) in my morning coffee and it helps me feel more focused and energized than just plain coffee.I don’t take Bulletproof MCT oil just for keto effects, but I also notice a positive effect on my brain! I can always tell when I’ve had coffee without it! There’s really no smell or taste and using a small whisk it blends well into my coffee. I’ve also used it in protein shakes and I like it that way too.I’ve had no stomach upset or issues. I think you need to figure out the dose that works best for you and gradually increase as tolerated.It’s very easy to use, super high quality and a great value for the price! I always buy the largest bottle as it is the most cost-effective. The expiration date is about 3 years out so this product stays fresh a long time. I also like that it’s got a safety seal. Overall it’s my favorite MCT oil and I would recommend.

this pure c8 mct is extremely high quality but u absolutely MUST be extremely careful and do NOT DO A FULL TABLESPOON. I already had a tolerance for mct oil and still.could not handle it. It made me violently ill and WORST stomach ache that lasted for hours and got worse when I ate food. So I dropped the dose and was working my way up. I was fine at a little over half a tablespoon.. no problems and stayed at that dose for a couple weeks. Then I decided it had been enough time so I upped the dose just a TINY bit and again, got extremely ill. Violently throwing up and worst stomach ache ever. My bf threw it in the trash. So I dont wana knock it because the quality is very high however that bottle needs to have a warning label and I dont think a whole tablespoon is an appropriate dose for anyone.Someone trying mct for the first time would die 🥲😅I also hate that it comes in plastic. Why on earth would they make a high quality oil like this and not put it in glass? Anyway, im just guna have to go back to the other brand, never had a single issue with any others. Kinda bummed because I know its good quality, but not worth the risk of sickness.

I’m back for a 3 month review. I’ve been using Brain Octane MCT C8 oil since April 2026. I had a TBI in 2021.Since I started MCT C8 oil the vertical high ridges in my finger nails have totally smoothed out.Since taking C8 oil my bladder holds until morning, no more night time trips and I drink water right up to bedtime. It prevents me from waking up to drink during the night but always caused bathroom trips; not any more.I’m a Boomer-Jones and a lot of us old folgies have problems with constipation. Since I’ve been taking MCT C8 oil I don’t have that problem any more. It kickstarted the old colon, thank you Jesus! I do take two prunes a day and one daily probiotic Kombucha gummy and when I bought the MCT C8 oil well, problem solved. Taking all three together separately during the day, I feel like I’m 16 again sitting on the throne. Yup it’s moving like it’s supposed too.Since taking C8 oil I have more energy to want to do things. Before I had no energy (no it’s not a jittery feeling), it’s a natural feeling of wanting to get out of the chair and go do something). No more foggy brain. My memory has improved not 100% but more than before I started taking it. That counts enough for me to be able to tell!Folks if you go on Chat GPT or Grok look into what “Keytones” are. Look up this Brain Octane MCT C8 oil this one has the most keytones.You might want to try it if you’ve had a TBI, you definitely need to try it. Start out with a teaspoon then next month teaspoon and half. Personally 1 1/2 - 2 teaspoons is the sweet spot for me my weight 180 pounds.Make sure you check with your doctor if you take medications, don’t want a contraindications . It works with your liver and if you have liver disease definitely talk to your doctor first.There’s no chemicals it’s a healthy coconut oil. This C8 coconut oil has changed my quality of life. It has certainly improved and I recommend this Brain Octane MCT C8 oil only IF you check with your doctor first for any contraindications with your medications and your health. I have been putting this in my coffee with butter. I tried the coffee with only 1 tbsp of butter then 1 tbsp of butter and this mct oil. I think the MCT oil added a small flavor. My wife and I LOVE it! I do feel energized and refreshed after drinking this.

ik heb besteld voor dezelfde prijs als bij concurrenten maar ipv 1L kreeg ik 1/2L Dus prijs 1/2L bij Amazon = prijs 1L bij andere concurrenten.ik moet deze nu retour sturen en bij een concurrent bestellen.
