I was skeptical about purchasing this item even after reading the reviews. I bought it, received it today, and I am so glad I did. It works like a charm. So easy to close the back of my watch. I recently decided to replace the batteries in my watches since they are becoming so expensive, and I have a lot of them. Small enough to put in my drawer. It is sturdy and looks like it will last a long time. Not light, nor heavy. The material is metal, and the accessories included in the kit are very useful. It comes in different sizes, which is absolutely helpful. Definitely safe to use in addition.

This works easy and fast! Excellent and a great buy for what you get, evidently a great democratic buy for everyone.

Good for watch backs. Was unsuccessful replacing a glass crystal in a test subject. Got it out well, but unable to put enough pressure to get it back in.

This is well worth it's price. I decided to change batteries in a few watches we have. Getting the backs off, no problem. I was able to get one back on. Two watches I could not close. My wife had a couple of uber-expensive watches that needed battery changes. The only thing worse than opening the case was trying to close it - impossible for mortal man. I bought this as one step removed from sending off to a watch repair shop. It worked! I was worried about cracking the face, but applied steadily increasing pressure until I heard the "pop." Works beautifully. Easily replaces snap on backs to wrist watches. Turns a fussy job into a snap, literally. I avoid accidental scratch's on the back and casing with this simple machine.
