I am French and live in Perigord, the tradional area for ducks and geese.I ordered your product for my son who lives in Maryland.my daughter in law is American, but she's fond of foie gras. sp both of them were satisfied. I suppose you are from Quebec? Foie gras is very expansive in France at the moment, too many birds were destroyed, as a prevention against Avian flu... Happy new year for every one!

It was pretty good. Not my cup of tea. I am not a big fan of the texture, but it had a very mild flavor and would be good with melba toast or some other type of cracker.

Very nice flavor and smooth consistency.
I used half the tin for a Beef Wellington and the remainder with cheese and toasted bagels. The Foie Gras has a very nice mellow flavor and a smooth consistency. I will buy again.
