Mi pareja utiliza este producto para recuperarse luego de sus entrenamiento de alta intensidad (más de 1 hora de ejercicio) para su preparación en una maratón. Buen sabor, viene con una cuchara para calcular las medidas correctas y es fácil de disolver en agua, aunque recomendaría utilizar una batidora para que no queden grumos. No resulta molesto al estómago ya que si se toma con agua, es muy ligero. Lo que sí, creo que podrían añadir más sabores disponibles y distintos tamaños del producto en base a las necesidades de uno.
