My experience.
This system is working great and address all my needs. The quality is excellent. I have one suggestion that the remote display or keys lights up as it is sometimes hard to navigate in the dark.

Nice and loud
After we retrieved our stolen car, an alarm was a must! It was a bit of a challenge to install due to wiring, and lack of instructions. It does say to have it installed by a professional. This was a replacement, so lots of old wires. The larger remote lets you Know of movement if you’re not right by your vehicle.

I don’t like it and I’m returning it. I was recommended to use different brands.

Excellent deal if you are able to install yourself
I have ordered 2 of these, and I'm very happy with what I got. I would order them again. The first, I received a slightly different model (3306) than stated and came with spanish instructions and NO wiring diagram. I googled a diagram close-enough to use it. The second was the correct model (3305) and came with the wiring diagram and english manual. So it appears to be a little luck of the draw. Beyond that, everything is positive. The units appeared to be open box but unused, and had all the accessories and wires. For the money, an excellent deal. I don't recommend the DIY route with this if you have no experience installing alarms OR even so if you don't have access to wiring diagrams for your car. I have expert experience with 12v electronics, but if I didn't have the OEM service manual I wouldn't know what the OEM wires are. DEI dealers have a 'cheat sheet' database, so you may be able to talk an installer into selling you the sheet for your car. Probably not though, as it cuts into their business. The first alarm, I installed as a replacement for my early 2000's Viper alarm. Since DEI is excellent about standardization, it was almost a drop-in replacement. I just had to reprogram the settings. The second one was a fresh install, required some relays for the door locks, and is working fine. PRO TIP- DEI was foolish to put the LED on the antenna, it tells the thief exactly where to disable the pager. There are limited places to put the antenna where it can radiate, but at least put tape over the LED to dim it.

DOA and Missing Parts
I have an extensive background installing alarm systems, stereo systems, and many more things in cars. Installation was very straight-forward and no different than any other alarm that i've ever installed. Power, accessory, ground, lights, door lock/unlock, door trigger, etc. I wired it all up and triple-checked all of my connections and they were spot-on. I plugged in the "brain" and it was completely unresponsive. Dead to the world. The box was also missing the 'command center', which is the antenna receiver for the system. Perhaps the brain doesn't power up without it?...not sure. In any case, Amazon sent me a replacement unit very quickly. Since it was already wired, i simply had to plug in the new "brain" and the missing 'command center' and it powered right up without issue. Based on other reviews, it seems very hit or miss on what you get. But for $130, it's a great deal.

Viper!
A good alarm system. It has the shock sensor but it's not that sensible. That's good because you have to hit the car really hard for it to chirp. You get a valley switch if you need to disable your alarm permanently. It comes with this nice flashing blue light for alarm ON indication. It looks great at night! Notifications can be received on your remote if you lock and unlock the car and it tells you if a door is open or if it felt a shock. I added powered locks to my car so now this remote can unlock my car from a distance. with thisThe only thing is that it doesn't come with remote start. Note that the second remote..the one with the screen is very slow. Alarming and disarming your vehicle with that second remote will have a 5 to 10 second delay. So I always use the other remote.

Viper alarm system
I have installed and had the systems in my vehicles for well over 30 years they are a spectacular system. When you go to the auto dealerships and they quote you $600 to install this thing and it only cost you $100 or something on Amazon to buy it take a little bit of extra time go through it watch the videos on you tube it’s easy to install and no reason to pay the crooks at the audio dealership $500 for a three hour job!!!!!!!!!!! However viper corporation SUCKS compared to what they used to be do not expect any cooperation or assistance with questions concerning this product they have completely turned to corporate sales and will not support you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
