Amul Pure Ghee, 1L (905g)

This is the only ghee I continue to buy! I have tried so many brands looking for the perfect one and this is by far the best and for the price and large amount you get, you cannot go wrong! The flavor is terrific as well!

Good taste, the only one on Amazon I saw that had the water buffalo and cow's milk. Deducted a star because it arrived with a big dent in the side of the can - luckily it didn't seem to be completely punctured and is not leaking so far.

There were multiple stickers placed over the original labeling. After removing one, I discovered that the product is marked “for sale in India only,” indicating it is not authorized for sale in the United States. Additionally, the product is close to its expiration date, with only about one month remaining.

I have tried just about every brand of ghee sold here on Amazon and this is the bestby far. It is made the old fashioned way in India from cows milk and not out of buffalos. It is a high quality of thick sweet smelling unsalted and edible ghee. Metal canister is easy to open and easy to close/reseal. No leaks during shipping and just an insignificant small dent. Disregard the negative reviews written by ignorant haters. Best price compared to others plus free shipping. Price went up by a dollar just recently so has everything else here at Amazon, yet still a bargain.

I had never heard of this product before, but I decided to give it a try. I tried several foods. You use it like butter and to fry with. I started with grilled cheese sandwiches. It worked very well, and is easily spreadable on the bread. Next I tried hashbrowns, using as a frying oil. It worked great! Good buttery flavor to the hashbrown potatoes. I know use to fry with anything I want a buttery taste to. Works well to fry anything with.

Why did you choose this product over others?: i like this ghee since childhood bcoz it taste real and amazing So here in uk I don’t like the ghee available i have tried all the ghee’s. But when i got to know that amul ghee is available i was so happy and I ordered it and it tasted amazing the way I expected i love it i am gonna order this again.
