Color:Brown Our zabuton is filled with natural kapok. The kapok is packed to provide solid support, and yet is soft and comfort. The outer cover is made of cotton twill fabric and has a zipper along one length so that it can be easily removed and washed. Inside the cover, the kapok is enclosed in a casing. Each zabuton is approximately 30" long by 28" wide and may fits people up to 5' 10" tall. Made in USA.

This Zabuton is on the small side It is firm with the kapok fill but has more give than cotton fill The inside pillow casing is sealed Only the outside cover is removable Would not recommend for person over 5'4 I am 5 ft tall my knees reach to the outside edge sitting in Burmese position
