The Covers Album (Lp+cd) [VINYL]

I bought this after listening to EJs rarities and b sides, so this was a timely purchase.Ive read some other reviews but would disagree about the quality of the recordings which some folk weren't happy with. Its what i expected quality wise, so as a fan of Elton im happy to get hold of these hard to find recordings from the late 60s early 70s ive got a couple of the original LP and ep that have these tracks but to get a set colleced here is nice. ive enjoyed listening to this album and think it has a place in any Elton john collection or someone who enjoys music from this period, as a collection of cover versions by a now famous musician i think its very good 8 out of ten for me.
