I cannot believe they are making batteries this small that you can jump a car with it. My dad always leaves his car in the garage and eventually will require a jump. This battery is capable of jumping the lexus car. It was able to jump cars two times before it is ran out of power. I do not recommend trying to push the battery beyond three jumps as it already at 1 light after the 2nd jump. The overall design of the battery is a pretty sturdy design. It is strong and will not wear or break down easy although the silicone coating might wear off eventually. There are four indicator lights as well as an okay LED light for night car repair/jumps if you are stuck in a parking lot or in the middle of the road. Now this will not light up like a christmas tree but it will provide enough light for you to see where you are plugging this device into. The battery itself also is not too heavy and will fit in my hand for easy grip and usage. It also comes with a nice mesh carrying case for easy storage but the case is not enough to carry the cable/adapter although it can hold the two micro usb cables. It was able to charge my phone roughly 3 times before needing to be recharged be aware that if you use this to charge your phone it may not have enough power to jump the car. Depending on the usage, you could get less but with minimal you can get about three full charges. It is fairly easy to use the jumper cables. You remove the cover and insert the adapter into the battery. The cables are not extremely long so you will need to put the battery a little closer. I recommend using the boost button (there will be a green light indicator that says it is ready) in order to get the best performance out of the jump. I would also let the battery stay connected for at least 60 seconds (on boost) before attempting to start the car. The bag will not fit the jumper cable in with it unfortunately. Overall I love this battery. It works great and I also recommend storing it in your trunk in order to keep it as cool as possible especially during the hot weather time. DO NOT leave this in direct sun light

I bought this because every year it's the same old thing... all the lawn equipment and 'toys' (the kids ATV's, Motorcycles) seem to have low batteries and need a little boost to get running. The pack arrived mostly charged but I put it on charge to 'top it off' before needing to use it the next evening. Hooked up to the weak battery and it cranked up - you could tell that the jumper pack was assisting as it turned over a faster but it did actually crank fast enough to start.Tried it on a more dead unit and in the manual it says that lower battery voltages you need to press the button on the side to boost the voltage before trying to start - This was on a 650cc PWC (2-stroke, about 8:1 compression) Pressed the "boost" button to try and get it to start and not sure that was much better but it might have given it a little more umph but not enough to start up the thing. If I was going to rely on this to start my car - I'd really have to consider one of the more expensive or name brand unitsA 50 amp plug-in boost mode on the charger spun it over as fast as a new battery and fired the pwc right up...

The battery pack feels much more sturdy than a lot of the other general USB chargers I've used in the past. I travel a lot and always like to take USB charger with me instead of having to hotel outlets. In addition, I've been stranded a few time with dead car batteries. Having this dual-purpose phone/car charger is a lifesaver and puts me more at ease.Update: After storing this battery the trunk of my wife's SUV (in the Florida summer heat) for a few months, we finally got a chance to use it. It worked flawlessly yesterday and today to start her car! In fact, the USB battery pack is still showing that it has enough power to start it a few more times before we have to charge it.

jump-started my Subaru and saved a lot of time waiting for roadside assistance, comes with a boost mode - just make sure the boost light is turned green before you jump small cars; comes with protection clamps which ensures you don't get electrocuted; comes with a handy pouch, is a small form factor - has a nice torchlight for looking at dark/night times. Also doubles down like a battery pack to charge my one plus more than 2 times, happy with it so far.

I got this put on charge right away. I got to use it on my riding lawnmower battery, hooked up nice and easy. The compact size helped alot. Cranked over and on the third try started up. I charged back up and put back in my glove box. Its great to charge up phone or other portable devices on the go. Wasnt the cheapest or the most expensive option, but I say so far so good. This is advertized for smaller engines, so please keep in mind. Will probably order a few more as gifts when i get more usage out of this one

I have tried a bunch of the traditional lead battery starters in the past, like the Stanley 700, but they were always out of power when I needed them the most. I wanted to try the new lithium packs so a bought a similar product by beatit a while back but that one had an issue on my first use, the battery to heat up and expand making it completely unusable. I have been hesistant to try another brand but decided to go for ravpower based on the overwhelmingly positive reviews and my positive experience with one of their portable battery pack. I wasn't disappointed. I used it for my Honda Accord last weekend and was able to start it pretty effortlessly. It seemed like it had enough juice leftover to do another couple jumps though I didn't have the chance to try it. Glad that now I don't have to worry as much about having a dead starter battery and it is very portable at less than a quarter of the size/weight of my stanley starter

When I received the battery, I was surprised at how small and compact the whole unit is. It is even smaller and lighter than some of the USB battery packs I own. Once I was stranded at an airport hotel because the car battery was dead. Now I keep the charger in the glove compartment and I am ready to help myself and others to jump start and yet this thing is so compact that I can carry it with me to charge electronic devices.
